Realistically, yes, and I'm not even baiting. The 22nd says he can't be elected president again, but there's nothing prohibiting him from being elected vice president. Now, the 12th amendment says that anyone who's constitutionally ineligible for the presidency is ineligible for the vice presidency, but it doesn't specifically say ineligible to be elected. Meaning that come 2029, Trump's not ineligible for the presidency, he's simply ineligible to be elected president. Meaning he could be the vice president of some empty suit Republican who then resigns soon after getting into office, allowing Trump to be president again.Keep in mind, this is a MASSIVE violation of the spirit of the constitution; neither the passers of the 12th nor the 22nd wanted the vice presidency to be used as a Trojan horse for unlimited presidential terms, but the Roberts court is the single most blatantly corrupt and hyper-partisan court in US history, and it's looking for any possible maneuver it can use to keep Trump president for life.
