There has to be an agreement to make it hard for English speaking westerners to go to America, otherwise Britain, Canada and Australia would lose all their skilled workers.

This doesn't say whether that's by citizenship or location to apply. Big difference. I'm thinking the latter since leafs have easy visa-free access to Burgerland.

Leaf here. My visa got approved for renewal not even a three months ago. America is way more comfy than Canada, at least where I live. Too bad it’s next to impossible to get a green card here, otherwise I’d stay permanently. No I’m not a jeet. Yes I am white.

Well, jeets have been converting their non permanent visas into LIMA. Maybe you should look into that

What is LIMA? I’ve looked into US visa stuff a lot and have never heard of it.

If you look at the bottom it’s for business or tourism visas. As we don’t need tourist visas it means it’s rejection of business visas.

Lima is the Canadian one my bad. All I know is that there exists a US program that converts temporary non immigrant visas into a greencard. You can find more info in this thread >>516119857

>>

Oh, that’s the PERM process. It’s the first step in getting a green card. It’s basically a labor market assessment, which is what LIMA is in Canada. Unfortunately your employer has to sponsor you, and my employer is a smaller outfit that is super tight with paying for shit like that.
>>
>>516131422
Yeah so it’s not going to work out. I know a leaf pharmacist who did it by working in the middle of nowhere in the US for two years then his company (which has a lot of money) did it for him

>>
>>516131332
Just take Alaska back and you can illegally immigrate to US through there.

Not like being there "legally" is worth it anyways.
>>
>>516129730
That looks bad but what this data doesn’t show is that most Canadians need no visa to enter and stay for months unless they are convicted of a serious crime, in which case they must apply for a visa which has a high rejection rate because aliens with serious criminal convictions are routinely denied visas.
Canada has the most favorable visa-free policy the USA grants. Better than any other Anglosphere or European country.

I have about two years left in this visa, then I’m thinking of doing something similar. Just apply for some job in the middle of nowhere with the explicit agreement that they’ll start the green card process within a year of me starting. For reference, in CAD, my salary tripled from the move.
>>
>>516129730
I don't understand, I thought Canada had full visa-free access to the US and Europeans only had to apply for an ESTA to travel to the US?
>>
>>516130755
You need a work visa if you plan to live in the US permanently you dumb jeet.

But yeah, there is an agreement with Canada to raise the standards for Canadians seeking to live in the US so that America doesn't sap our people. If Trump changed this and made it easy for Canadians to migrate, that would absolutely destroy us.

>>
>>516132195
"Visa-free" access only means when you visit for like a few day to a week long trip as a normie.

If you actually want to move there, you need a whole bunch of gatekeeper systems to let you through such as visa, work permit, etc.

Moving to North America is a very, very difficult task for non-NPC/non-thirdworlders.
>>
>>516132403
Oh, well than the only people applying for those probably have criminal records and were already deemed inadmissible to travel visa free. Also, could be non-citizens of Canada residents.

>>516132836
For me it was always social problems. I hated having to censor myself out of fear of losing my job because some woman, or leftist, or minority would not like what I said. I actively volunteered for the CPC in my early 20’s and that was used against me in the workplace at one point. Canada is insane, overall. Most Americans don’t realize how bad it actually is until you tell them.

Canada is full of various radical groups. I have this theory that Britain has evacuated certain anti-Indian terrorists to Canada to let them fester there for two reasons - one in case they need to go to war with India, they have a readymade group of people to fight there. Two, as part of their global browning campaign.
>>
>>516133255
I’m literally in such a bad place that I don’t care about social problems. Getting censored by women here is just part of the culture at this point.

>10 years ago: noooo you can’t talk about Chinese laundry money pumping up real estate prices, that’s racist.

I'd personally love to live in Canada. The vast size of the country and the northern climate and nature alone makes it worth it.

I don't care too much for big cities, they're all fake and gay anyway and full of morons.

Personally I don't think they changed anything. The attitude landscape in Canada paved the way for it. Social entitlement, narcissistic attitudes, etc. Real estate obsession, so on.

Indians are merely some kind of result. That's how it seems. A truer reflection of the underlying 21st century Canadian population.

Nothing against Indians. It's an interesting subcontinent with vast amounts of history and a lot of problems I suppose. But the way "Canadians" are reacting at "Indians" just...

idk...
>>
>>516134551

>>
>>516134715
If you spent a week in Canada in 2005, and then a week in 2025, you would see the difference they have made. You have no idea what it’s like to have a giant flood of distinctly foreign people enter into your country.
>>
>>516134867
What I'm saying is that in 2005 Canada, people were paving the way for it already. Underneath that pristine "Canada is wonderful", people were cunts underneath.

I consider it to be part of some kind of North American narcissistic attitude enforcement situation case thing.

It's just fundamentally different how things are in say, Finland and in USA/Canada.

The "You may be entitled to" forcing in Canada/USA is everywhere.

Class action lawsuits, the legal system.
Even the way socialization works, social attitudes and behaviours.

It all paved the way for what you see now, imo.

And it's not that the system itself sucks. Common law is a fine system but.

It really is You, the people.
>>

>>
>>516135094
I’m not sure what you mean, and not sure how you would understand anything about how we live, socialize, etc. without ever having actually lived there. You can infer some things from what you see online, sure, but it’s never going to be an accurate depiction of the reality of life there.
>>
Honestly? The punjabis in Canada could on average be more honest and truer people than the you know.

Idk... I've just really come to observe the attitude differences between NA and somewhere in EU.

NA is full of extreme amounts of fakeness and it is even amplified and reinforced.

>>516135597
I just know.
>>
>>516129730
has an Israeli citizen ever had their visa revoked?
>>
>>516130523

Canadians don’t even need a visa. So these must be non Canadians applying from Canada.
>>
>>516135754
>Fakeness
I always hear Europeans say this but they never really back it up with anything other than “fake smiles”, or overly cheery. Having also lived in part of the EU for several years, I find most Europeans are just miserable people. They like to portray this sense of faux enlightenment, as though North Americans are primitive savages in comparison, when I did not find that to be the case. Generally Europeans have what I can only describe as a peasant mindset. They’re okay with their government telling them what to do, how to live, how much money they’re entitled to, and the list goes on. They think things paid for through high taxation are “free”, and shun hard work at any opportunity. And unlike yourself, I have lived there, so I have a more accurate frame of reference than you. And before you say the EU is more than one country, I realize that. Do you realize America is more than one state, and Canada more than one province?
>>
>>516130464
This, they make it hard for canadians bc so many would leave.
>>
>>516136403
It's a complicated topic of discussion.

First: Yeah, the mode of social interaction is genuinely different between EU and NA. EU-oriented people will simply always say that NA feels more fake. No, NA-oriented people genuinely ARE more outward going and it is genuine like that. EU-oriented people will naturally be put off by that to some degree. But not all people are purely NA or purely EU. It varies and can even change over time and so on.

What I'm really trying to say it it's the institutional difference.

What I delineated above makes it obviously so that institutional systems in NA prey more easily on this "more free" attitude and normies will simply fall into narcissistic feedback loops that manifest in way more obvious ways in NA.

It's hard to explain but I think you should kinda get the gist of it by now.
>>
>>516137292
Obviously you get more fun stuff like yellow school buses and stuff in NA as a result. NA is way more fun for people. EU by design kind of is a miserable shithole for miserable people.
>>
And obviously when you follow the logic: EU is essentially a prison.

But so is NA, just in different ways.

Now go figure why it's made so difficult to move between the two.
>>
>>516130221
Yeah funny.

But most likely UK generates far more work visa requests and France just tourist visa because of the language barrier.
>>
>>516133911

>rejects only 16.32% of indian visas
wew, so thats still 4,000,000 coming in
>>
>>516138622
But not quite. It's really more complicated than that.
>>
>>516131763
These are jeets trying to get into the US.
>>
>>516138763
Because these Chilean burglary rings used the Biden Administration’s incompetence against the USA.
Chile has visa-free access to the USA but then blocked CBP from accessing Chilean criminal records. CBP used that to stop convicted Chilean criminals from entering. But the Biden Administration, instead of revoking all visa-free access to Chileans just continued letting Chileans in blindly. Word got out then every Chilean burglar came to the USA.
Demented Biden and his kike DHS Secretary Mayorkas are responsible for this as well as your shitty government for denying CBP records access, which it promised to provide as a condition of getting Chileans visa-free access to the USA. Now Chileans have a bad reputation in California whereas before nobody even thought about Chileans.

Australia has it's own Visa agreement, it's called the E3. Trump has made that harder now because all Visa holders have to return to their native country to renew, instead of going to Mexico.

The E-3 visa is a temporary U.S. work visa specifically for Australian citizens in specialty occupations that require at least a bachelor's degree. It allows for an initial validity of two years, is indefinitely renewable in two-year increments, and includes a provision for spouses (E-3D visa) to work in the U.S.. To qualify, applicants need a legitimate job offer from a U.S. employer, which must first be approved by the U.S. Department of Labor via a Labor Condition Application (LCA).

>>
>>516135094

I get what you mean, but it's still happening in Europe all the same.
>>
>>516145495
That makes way more sense, and is what I thought was happening. Technically even to work you as a Canadian you don’t need a “visa”, so much as a “work authorization”. People just use the term visa more broadly as it covers the intent.

>Under U.S. President Donald Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which was signed into law, non-immigrants travelling to the U.S. will have to pay a fee of $250 USD or $342.26 CAD. However, it's up to the Secretary of Homeland Security to determine the final amount.

>The new fee will apply to "any alien issued a nonimmigrant visa at the time of such issuance." According to the Government of Canada, Canadian citizens generally don't require a visitor visa to enter the U.S. However, permanent residents in Canada may require a visa to enter the U.S. and could thereby be subject to the new fee.
