I would highly reccomend trying alternative treatments; chiropractor, electro accupuncture, soundwave/shockwave therapy. I visit practioners for these things regularly (twice a month for the accupuncture and shockwave, and once every 2 months for chiro, it did used to be twice a month but things have gotten better) and they help to mitigate the pain. Also, to go a long with these, if you aren't already, start working out. I had to stop lifting weights as it began to pull my joints out of place. I stick to resistance bands, body weight and mat based workouts now. I've lost some size and muscle mass, but I feel much better on this routine. And make sure you do some cardio too. Running, rowing and cycling would fuck me up more than I gained, but for some reason, my body held up fine on a punching bag, so I've started kickboxing now for cardio. Take that as a lesson, the conventional might not work for you, so experiment and find what is most comfortable. All in all, you've got to keep moving, as painful as that might be. If you have long periods of time where you aren't, you'll find the pain gets worse, and it'll become harder to start moving again.I won't lie to you, it's tiring fighting against it everyday, but there are things that make it worth it, and remind you of why you are. I've got a good job now, I've moved and I'll be taking a few weeks off work soon to spend time with my girlfriend. One day at a time, friend. You will find your rhythm.
