You often get paid quite well, but they work you to death, so it ends up being "not good money for the pay" and you need to deal with workplace systems created and continued by Indians which are extremely badly designed. Your White coworkers will often be more unbearable than your non-White coworkers as a result, because they'll strictly enforce weird and counterproductive edicts from Indian bosses. Non-White coworkers will actually just ignore them when convenient. So you're going to work in an environment fundamentally not designed for White people and you'll be paid better for it, but you'll suffer a lot.
