It shouldn't be lost sight of that organizations like the FBI are 90% of the time doing good work that actually protects Americans in a way that it dishonors oneself to reduce to partisan squabbling. MOST of what ALL feds are doing is just trying to serve Americans, like interdicting drug and terrorist networks and going after pedophiles, financial criminals, etcetera. That remaining 10% they should absolutely be called out on, but measure it against the virtue they're exhibiting

It’s not undercover FBI agents, it’s people who are either bought off or have charges against them and are being used to fake down someone more important. The only time you don’t see this is when it’s a crime that crosses state lines, but then the FBI sort of acts as an intermediary between states. And the FBI is really well funded, so they do have better laboratories for criminal forensics.
