I smoke a bowl or two per day in my pipe. There was study done in the 60s by the surgeon general that pipe smokers lived slightly longer than non-smokers. I’m not sure about that, but it is obviously much better than cigarettes, which are usually inhaled and have many more additives. I smoke outside or right next to a window with a fan to minimize inhalation. It’s not too addictive. I can easily skip it if I’m too busy. However, I do enjoy it a lot, especially with morning coffee or after a stressful day of work.
