There is this thing that initially looks like maybe a dragon fly but upon closer inspection it seems more like encoder glitching on a very fast moving object which happens right after the “flash” and before the shot is heard. The kicker is it lines up with charlie’s neck area and it seems to match the impact on charlie. It seems like it moves the wrong direction but I think that could be just motion prediction errors from the fast moving object because the first visible frame seems to have ghosting. If the original high fps has more ghosting that might have created the artifacts. I haven’t found any good footage to extend the line out to see who dun it. It matches the general area that the sound analysis puts the shooter.
