It's late pregnancies. Autism rates are positively correlated with the age of the parents. Kids born to parents older than 35 have higher mutational load than parents between 20-30. Higher mutational load increases the risk of physical and mental abnormalities. If you want to cure autism promote early marriages and encourage couples to have kids in their teens and 20s.
