She doesn't realize that "bees" are actually serious marxist people. It's an old-ish term for keeping marxism and communism/socialism on the down low. There is an actual conspiracy to indoctrinate our children into useful marxist idiots.

I only know this because I did a paper in the early 00's about bees and had a section about their ties to marxism. In fact a book called the fable of the bees has been quoted by marx in his Capital. - Vol. 1, ch. 25, "The General Law of Capitalist Accumulation"

There are many other references to bees in marx's work and other marxist-aligned works. For example did you know Burt's Bees yeah the lib balm company was communist aligned. Co-founder Burt Shavitz was investigated by the FBI for associating with people in a group that included communists, and his co-founder, Roxanne Quimby, was anti-capitalist. The bee allegory actually runs very deep in communist circles...
