Those only come from the federal government through social security, and they denied me due to lack of evidence documenting my disability. I was born autistic, but my parents did not get me diagnosed, and it wasn't until more than 5 years of being NEET that I finally got evaluated at the Regional Center, a free statewide program that required several referrals and approvals to get into.
