Being someone who travel a lot to LA, I can say that considering how fucking huge that city is, and how everything is melted together over there into a beyond mega ultra city, the homelessness you see there is minimal. It is basically like a needle in the haystack. I go all over the place over there, and sit in cars for hours. And unless I go to DTLA or certain parts of hollywood or the sea, you never see them.
