It was basically a 1-year bootcamp (as it often is here) but at least I got to train with medics, MPs, signals etc. Ended up working as a mechanic for the last 6 months so like 9-5 job without pay and everytime there was training I'd be training instead. First summer was hot as hell and we marched A LOT. Winter was one of the coldest in decades. The second summer was a bit easier but we had literally nothing to do so it was pointless waste of time and we had to spend half a day figuring out how to make time go faster. In hindsight it was educational and pretty cool but would not do it again.
