I've been doing it for years, many many years at this point, and in all of this time I have never once ever found a kindred spirit also out jogging around the neighborhood, between midnight and 6am, and my typical paths take me miles through the various suburbs here. I swear, if not for the fact all of these houses have street-facing surveillance cameras, I bet I could run around naked and nobody would see me doing it. I have always wanted a friend to go jogging with and it's never happened.
