The Left was against the vaxx when it was the Trump vaxx, same as they were generally anti-Covid bullshit and had "hug a chink" day etc early on. There was a meeting sometime in March 2022 when it was decided that this was how they would steal the election, and the Democrats did a complete 180 on Covid within a single day, and all their NPCs followed robotically.
