The main attorney, Kathryn Nester, is a 30 year defense attorney who is currently defending a woman who is being charged for poisoning her husband. The other two lawyers? Michael Burt and Richard Novak are "pro hac vice" attorneys. You know how you need to be accepted to the State Bar to practice law in that state? Not if you're "pro hac vice."
This allows someone, who isn't legally allowed to practice law in that state, to practice law in that state.

Notice anything about these two gentlemen?

TLDR: Salt Lake City attorney Kathryn N. Nester is the lead counsel, while Michael N. Burt and Richard G. Novak, both of California, are co-counsel. All have substantial experience in death penalty cases.

Not quite accurate...

pro hac vice (English: /proʊ hæk ˈviːtʃeJ/,[1] Latin for "for this occasion") is a practice in common law jurisdictions whereby a lawyer who has not been admitted to practice in a certain jurisdiction is allowed to participate in a particular case in that jurisdiction

That's what I said

In Arabic, 'intifada' means 'uprising' or 'shaking off. ' It refers to popular protest movements that do not rise to the level of a revolutionary movement.

They will basically just be arguing to get him life in prison instead of death penalty. That will be the crux of their duties, since the case is open and shut. Conspiracy fags will be very disappoint.

Why did the state of Ohio pay for 2 (((lawyers))) from california?

What was I meant to notice?

These are very expensive california jewish lawyers. These aren't normal state appointed public defenders.

The 2 men are both jews?

i solved this case within hours of it happening. the only reason it took me hours is because i wasn't aware it had happened until about 8 hours after the facts. it took me a few minutes to write out my profile of the killer. and all those boxes are checked. the thing is ive been talking about conspiracy theories since i was a teenager. over 20 years ago.

now we got all these normies who want to run with misinformation and baseless theories, and the problem is they're too stubborn to let it go. they are making sure they're being the loudest, and the problem with that is THEYRE WRONG.

meanwhile im not even out there posting "i told you so!" trying to soak up clout and engagement.

Luigi has a fantastic legal team in a soft on crime state.
Buttboy has a state appointed attorney and the state wants to make an example of him.

>Why did the state of Ohio pay for 2 (((lawyers))) from california?
Because this is a high profile death penalty case. Both sides want the absolute best representation they can muster because some hack dipshit making rookie errors or flubbing procedure and causing a mistrial or opening the door to decades of appeals is the last thing anyone wants. The head attorney defending Karen Read in her Massachusetts criminal murder trial was a hotshot from California and caught plenty of bullshit from the townies, prosecution and even the judge herself about that fact. This sort of thing is far from unusual.

im a conspiracy fag i suppose, but a seasoned and sober one. im sure my schizoid ramblings on here are archived. including the thread where i outlined who the killer probably was. young mormon from Utah, stole his dad's hunting rifle. yet people starting going on about camera guns and a jewish james bond.

so fucking stupid. and the thing is "conspiracy theorists" are given a bad representation by design. its part of the gaslighting the intelligence agencies do to keep things in the dark. theories need evidences. when theres a lack of evidence you gotta think more practically.

i dont exactly need to be Sherlock Holmes or Batman to deduce that the shooter was likely a young man from a mormon family thats into hunting, probably part of gun clubs and with masonic connections. over half the population of Utah are mormons. why the FUCK would you first assume the shooter was Jewish? they live mosty on the eastern coast of the US or California or something. pretty sure they're not big into Utah. however, theres a lot of freemasons there. and to anyone who has paid attention to past mass shootings or assassinations know those guys are never far from these happenings. thats what makes it potentially a ritual and not simply some lone edgy faggot trying to show off to his boyfriend. which it could very well be.

if the Jews have any connection to this its only through their promotion of transgenderism in America which has led to all this drama. forced inclusion has backfired.

i hope trannies in the future stop and think, try and use that conscience of theirs to consider if murdering people is going to make them more or less accepted within society. doesnt matter how much they "dress it up" as being in self defense. just like they'll never truly be a woman, these murders will never be self defense.

i said it was probably some dad's hunting rifle that was stolen before one was retrieved or before the media reported on it. then later it was confirmed it was an older bolt action rifle as i suspected and it turns out it was an antique heirloom rifle. after watching the video it was immediately obvious that the impact was from the front, yet so many people were focusing on this idea of the shot coming from behind or the side??? so theres a lot of mud in the water, mis/disinformation. so something about this still glows. theres could be more thats being covered up. or its being kept secret for reasons of "national security". if people are mad at each other they want to be writing the script to control the outcome. they definitely dont want anything to spiral out of control though. so they tell people its just "satanic panic" or a "conspiracy theory" just like "antisemitism". some happenings are exaggerated and amplified, other was are turned way down so that people forget and move on to the next happening.

they didn't want people suspecting the Mormons either. which is esentially what i did. i accused them and not only some lone shooter. it being related to liberalism or trannys wasn't exactly a shot in the dark either. that was a likely scenerio all things considered. violent trannies would be just more of the same at this point.

notice how they have no issue putting the blame on whites or conservatives and patriots or the "alt-right". they exaggerate how dangerous they are while downplaying when people on the left act like frenzied baboons

but i guess "antimormonism" isnt really a thing is it? that would just be plain prejudice and bigotry. i'm just a simple man, i dont belong to any particular Church so i have no such loyalties to any denomination. and i may not know everything about Mormons, but i know enough. it immediately popped in my head when i learned where Charlie was shot. fucking Utah? thats the Mormon hive FFS. it was a 60% chance

>it's not normal
how did you come to have this incorrect belief?
>In Utah, there are specific requirements that a team of lawyers must meet to represent a defendant in a capital murder trial.
>At least one of the attorneys must have: tried to verdict at least six felony cases as defense counsel within the past four years or 25 felony cases total, with at least six of the 25 cases as defense counsel; appeared as defense counsel or defense co-counsel in a capital or a felony homicide case which was tried to a jury and which went to final verdict; completed or taught, in person, at least eight hours of approved continuing legal education which dealt, in substantial part, with the representation of defendants in death penalty cases within the past five years ; five years of experience in the active practice of law.
utah's most recent death penalty case was in 2008 (plus two ongoing including robinson) so they had to go out of state according to utah law
next time try to keep an open mind instead of making unfounded assumptions that lead you to incorrect conclusions
