They complain about a “labor shortage.” The student population is overwhelmingly female, white minority, and the number of foreign students is shocking. Massive, MASSIVE numbers from India, Nepal, and random Asian countries. Tuition is higher than ever. Universities have become not just a degree mill but a VISA mill. Everybody is using chat GPT. Nobody is learning anything. All of the food on campus is expensive because they sold out their food service to Aramark and to fast food chains. They even serve beer on campus now. If it weren’t for foreign students these universities would collapse. Universities now are a few suits strutting around and a hoard of commie teacher poors and underpaid staff. It is obscene how much an American student is expected to pay for this shit. Universities used to be self-sustaining ecosystems where if you got that bullshit degree in theater arts you could eventually find a good job teaching at a university.
