The sun is down in this photo. Which means the Muslims would be allowed to eat. Fasting doesn't mean the same thing as starvation, you retard. Ramadan fast just means they can't eat while the sun is up. And even then there are exceptions and ways of making up missed days of fasting such as making charitable donations instead. Hell, theoretically, going by the most literal interpretation of the Quran a Muslim could eat pork that was cooked by a Christian or if they would otherwise starve. (Although modern dogma would probably disagree)
