It seems quite simple to me. Life is extremely difficult and requires exceptional genius level people to tackle the problems of society, but what we've done instead is put the greediest most inbred retards to ever exist, in every position of power and they've botched everything for hundreds of years. Instead we should filter society into two castes. The low IQ laborers and the high IQ rulers. The laborer cast must never have any power, or control, or the right to vote or think or act independently because they are too stupid to be trusted with decisions.
