>>517672258English is so common in the Nordics and the Netherlands that you can probably get by with minimal local language proficiency. This was my experience while visiting, like 80% of people under 50 were proficient enough in English to communicate effectively or just flat out hold a normal conversation. This isn't true of the rest of Europe. Also, brown people are given special retard privileges to work despite not meeting the basic requirements.
