Most Africans who immigrate to the US have to qualify for residency which means being employable at a bare minimum. They're not refugees who get in for free. Basically, US only accepts the top 0.1% of Africans as immigrants. It's part of why Africa has such bad brain drain. Any African with elite skills and intellect knows he can have a better life in Europe or America, and America pays better.
