"Jesus forgave the people who crucified him therefore you need to forgive your enemies and people who do you wrong" is idolatry since it presupposes we are on the same level as Jesus, the son of god. Christians are under no obligation to forgive their enemies, that is for the sovereignty of GOD to sort out later, for GOD to decide if they are forgivable.
