Passing thirty and wanting to be Chad isn't something someone who took the Red Pill and left the Matrix does. On the contrary, it's waiting until they're older to be able to enter the Matrix game between men and women.
It's about sticking to fashion and brands, and only making slight changes to them. It's not about "destroying" or "fighting the system," it's about adapting to it and waiting for your turn to be rewarded. The Red Pill isn't about revolution. It's about adapting and conforming to wanting to be Chad, Barbie's Ken.

Fuck off. The red pill just means accepting some truths that are difficult to accept because of cognitive bias. It is not prescriptive. The whole thing is similar to gnosticism, in the sense that it's a journey towards truth that takes you far deeper than you expected to go.
