Russia has been meatgrinding the same settlements for a year now and can't make anything happen. Meanwhile their oil refineries and power plants are blowing up on the regular and they seem incapable of stopping it. The situation is grim but the worst part is that Putin can't stop the war as it's the only thing holding Russia together anymore. He's terrified of a half million angry bitter vets returning home from the special operation.
