The right of home ownership has been taken away from us, and you all deserve to know why. Real estate is absolutely political- it is the essence of the American dream, and jannies are almost as bad as pajeets. So, is the real estate market GOOD or BAD? Well, it depends on if you are buying or selling. If you are selling, it’s good, if you are buying, it’s bad, but why? I’m just going to come right out and say it- immigration. The US buyer (and renter) market has been injected with millions of shithole chimps, who submit offers for homes. Now, instead of humans competing with 2 or 3 other offers for a home, they have to compete with 2 other humans, and 10 shithole chimps. Because of the abundance of offers, people submit offers well above list price, and the highest offer (with good terms) gets accepted. Once the home goes on record, it gets recorded as a sale. Then, when the neighbor living in a similar home runs comps on their home, they see that the home next door sold for $900,000- so, that’s what they ask for. Then they get 10 offers, 2 from humans and 8 from shithole chimps, and the highest offer (with the best terms) wins, rinse lather, repeat.

Anyway, I worked in real estate for 2 years because I wanted to help reignite the American dream, but 90% of my closing were filthy rotten shithole chimps, either from Africa, pajeetistan, or some gross Mexican country. All the shithole chimps would shit out spics and jeets, and the Humans would be struggling in life, and have one child, because it’s all they could afford to have. Shithole chimps don’t understand this concept, and they breed like animals because they are animals. Africans usually wasted the most of my time, because they don’t have the mental capacity to go through this type of process without fucking everything up. Hispanics aren’t smart enough to understand the terms of their pre-approval. Jeets are a nightmare to deal with. My last deal I had with a jeet, after the home went on record, they had some faggot bring a cow into the home, and they all waited for the cow to piss and shit all over the floor, then they all ate breakfast around the pile of piss and shit. They are not people.
The only way to fix the market is a mass exodus of shithole chimps- this will create a BUYERS market, just in time for all the boomers to finally start dying off. We will also be able to sell the homes that the shithole chimps were forced out of (after a thorough cleaning). This will also lower rent prices. Lowering the interest rates will only increase the number of human buyers in the market, which will again, raise prices. Dont even get me started in the interest rate- right it’s 125% interest. 6.4% is the ANNUAL interest rate. You pay more than double for the home. The problem is the jews facilitate the influx of shithole chimps into White countries, because White people are better than they are, and they know it, and this is why you can’t buy a home. Do you even have to ask why you’ve never heard a real estate agent mention this before?

So what is the solution? There are several, but should be used in conjunction with one another. Also ask me anything you want I guess. 1. Racial consciousness. Once I realized the harm I was doing, I got out of real estate. 2. Deportation the likes of which have never been conceived of before. If you’re brown, you’re going back to your shithole. Probably won’t happen anytime soon. 3. Do not help shithole chimps. They hate White people, and take pride in being a disease. 4. Teach your children to bully the fuck out of brown kids at school. Make them feel unwelcome. Make the word on the [designated shitting] street in pajeetistan that America is no longer a friendly country for them. 5. Openly call out boomers for being cowards and selling out their children’s birthright to FOX jews. 6. Do not sell your home to shithole chimps. White sounding names only. You don’t need a reason for selling, or not selling, to anyone, and don’t let your piece of shit real estate agent tell you otherwise.
