>You cant buy one, b-because you just cant! Why the gatekeeping?
>>517710981i was in charge of a plot of land in the city and i just let it go one day. like right afterward i was like damn i should of given it to these homeless people that were living in a garage. they could of had a piece of land all cause i just didnt think about it.
>>517710981>theyre not up to code, chud
>>517710981Because cities want tax revenue from permanent structures. Container Box homes violate this because you can load them on a truck and take off, reducing the value of the property back to land value. Many cities even went so far as to force people to make containers permanent by welding the lock slots closed. Other cities have the "character of the neighborhood" rule states that houses must match each other. Some cities flat out will not permit a container home period. The new hotness is annexing county land and making the county part of the city.
>>517710981why is that cutie's ass wet?
>>517711683Damn, that is not a good trajectory for us wagies. I was promised bugs and pods. Thanks for the info.
>>517711683And it's all caused by JEWS on zoning boards and city councils.
>>517710981i sell those. they’re not coded for our winters so fag lord government won’t give a permit
>>517711183They would've been fined for something dumb and not being able to pay the fine, and eventually being forced to sell it.
>>517712767Perhaps you could post your ads here. It would be a niche market and you can sell all of our info. Double win.
>>517711183You don't own the land, you have the privilege of using it how your county and city see fit. Also you pay property taxes so you're just a renter anyways.
>>517710981Because we have something called "manufactured homes" that are bigger, built better (low bar tbf) and are actually up to code than the tiny house shit.
>>517711350Among architects there's a half joke half truth:Anyone can build something that will last forever, but it takes an architect to build something that will barely stand.
