Being part of a political power structure that favours your ethnic group doesn't mean you are more intelligent. We see similar wealth disparities with other ethnicities. For example Greeks in Australia now are welathier on average than Celto Germanic Australians, despite performing slightly worse at school. The difference is the Greek community keeps all it's wealth within it's own community and reinvests in that community nepotistically
