When Montenegro joined NATO (2017 or 16 I forget the exact year) my gf's dad (He's black but he's very pro-Russia in the afro-futurism communist sort of way) said there must be banderites who caused it or right wing Croats who entered Croatia to vote. When I told him it wasn't a referendum he said it should have been because Russia knows how to get shit done with referendums. I asked him if he's admitting Russia does sham referendums/elections and he said "Damn fucking straight! Fuck democracy give me warriors against Banderism, neo-nazism, western fascism, white supremacy and LGBTQ."
