>>
>>517723725

>>
>>517723725

>>
>>517723725
yes. it's very weird for me. but that's because my parents are very much old world european still
>>
>>517723931
could be. my family is catholic although i don't know if that's the reason why we don't wear shoes in the house
>>
That is the most fake, AIslop picture I’ve ever seen.
>>
>>517723725
fucking disgusting animals
>>
>>517724010
it’s 100% a thing with protestants. never met a catholic family who does this shit.
>>
>>517723725
What model made that picture and I’ll tell you why they made the guy with shoes on. Claude?
>>
>>517724130
Why is it such a specifically protestant thing?
>>
>>517723725
"Don't wear shoes in my house" is every bit as precious as "don't wear outside clothes on my bed".
>>
>>517723725
They don't know the concept of slippers. They often even go to bed with boots on.
>>
>>517723725
Visitors, yes.
Then you have the weird people who say, "This is a no shoes household" and make you take them off.
I am at home with my shoes off. I am in for the night.
>>
>>517724285

but both of those things are disgusting...
>>
>>517723725
I only speak for myself.
No, my family and I don't do that.
Lots of my friends also don't do that.
I dunno where 'Americans wear outdoor shoes indoors' comes from.
>>
>>517724237
no idea. just a correlation i’ve picked up on. even upper class white protestants do this shit. i’m talking multi millionaires.
>>
>>517723725
MAGA shot up a church the other day.
>>
>>517724484
>I dunno where 'Americans wear outdoor shoes indoors' comes from.
boomer that's where it came from because that what most boomers did
>>
>>517723852
When your streets are not covered in shit, your shoes are not dirty.
>>
I wear sandals, not shoes, inside lmao
>>
>>517724455
Are you just rolling in shit every time you leave your house or something? It's fine.
>>
>>517723725
>Do Americans really wear their shoes on inside?
I have inside shoes
>>
>>517724726
Most of these vermin slog through mud and shit the minute they step outside their hovels and their shoes can't even be brought into the house.
>>
>>517723725
I'm wearing shoes while lying in my bed lol
>>
>>517724827
This obviously makes cleaning the floor much easier. I can't believe most people dont do this.
>>
>>517723725
Yes.
>>517724987
Same, I wear jeans and shoes while I sleep.
>>
>>517723725
Sole
>>
>>517723725
I never do. If I am wearing shoes they're always worn outside the socks.
>>
They are brand new shoes I'll give you that.
>>
They've been looking for a lock for this phenotype forever. They finally got it.
>>
>>517723725
I wear house shoes. But this guy is a sperg obviously.
>>
>>517723725
I remember I laughed my ass of when (((they))) released this picture. Fun times.
>>
>>517725428
I mean, it's not like I've never heard of people doing it before. But I've also never personally met someone who did it. I don't know, I guess it just depends on where you live
>>
>>517723725
Get the fuck out of my country foreigner.
>>
>>517723725
No. I wear slippers or socks. I don't know anyone that's wearing fucking sneakers inside. It's uncomfortable as fuck to begin with, and dirty
>>
>>517725427
>Doesn't put socks around his shoes
Fucking protestant mormon freak
>>
>>517723725
Rednecks literally wear their shoes to bed.
Not a joke.
>>
Personally I have to wear shoes in my house because I have 14 cats that just get shit and piss residue on every surface and the bottoms of my shoes are now cleaner than my own floor no matter how much I mop/sweet because the floorboards are corroded and not smooth so it will never come out completely.
>>

Ever use a public bathroom?

Maybe the retards.
The culturally inclined of us wear house shoes, where I come from its usually cozy moccasin type shits
You only wear them in the house so they stay clean and you don't have to walk around bare foot like an Animal

My family does this and I think it's really disgusting. I always take my shoes off in the garage but they keep them on in the living room and even walk upstairs and in their bedrooms.

Being a clean freak around filthy peasants is true suffering.
>>
>>517727378
At the least why would you want your feet to get sweaty, i dont understand it
>>
>>517727502
No idea. I admit it's become an obsession but I'll never stop thinking keeping your shoes on indoors is disgusting
>>
>back up make sure you get these shoes in this random picture of me by myself for some reason
Kys kike

>>
>>517725902
Yes. If you are anything other than catholic you are a freak. Protestant scum.
>>
>>517724484
I’m mocked by people that don’t come from snowy environments for requiring they take their shoes off. Originally Canadian, it’s customary you take your shoes off considering that you’d be tracking mud and water into other’s houses you have no intention of cleaning. It’s a show of respect for other’s things. Went to college in Florida and literally every fucking dipshit I met through my roommate fought me on “take your shoes off at the door” even though the entire apartment was carpet. I don’t want to clean my carpet for your sorry ass and I know you certainly aren’t going to do it. So do me the courtesy of fucking taking your shoes off. Everyone I met from a cold/wet/snowy environment understood the assignment. I don’t think it’s a boomer/protestant thing, I think it’s an environmental thing

>Do Americans really wear their shoes on inside?
Yes, because when feral niggers try to steal your car or rape your dog, you don't have time to waste with feminine habits like not wearing shoes in the house.
>>
>>517723725
Wait till you hear about how they mutilate their genitals just because a Jew asked them to, or how they make walls out of cardboard tier materials and tip for such fine quality at that
>>
>>517723725
people who make their own beds like that for nobody else need to be investigated thoroughly
>>
>>517723725

So does most of Australia, you're an immigrant. Take them off if they're work boots/muddy sure, otherwise who gives a fuck? Shoes off fucking stinky, sweaty, smelly feet smearing all over my house.
>>
>>517728366
It takes 5 seconds tops to take your shoes off unless you are morbidly obese or some- ohh. Oohhhh.
>>517731604

what else are they supposed to wear?
>>
>>517724285

>>
>>517731997
Yes, you are a girly-boy faggot if you take your shoes off.
Men are ready to defend the homestead with less than a second's notice if need be.
Simple as that.

In my (parents) home I have certain places like the rug next to my bed where I will take off my shoes, but other than that, it's impossible to keep carpeted floors clean and then your feet get dirty, in case that's why people wear slippers inside to walk around out of their room before putting on their shoes to go outside. Also we don't have heated floors usually, so it can get cold, easy to slip when wearing socks.

What bothers me the most is when I go to other people's houses and certain places like a yoga studio where the people in charge won't allow shoes anythere past the front desk, and then my feet are dirty as fuck, actually dirty, even in the bathroom you can't wear shoes, it's gross.

I suppose if I had my own place with hardwood floors throughout I could keep them clean and go shoes off.

I live in a rural area, so I’m not worried about tracking in the infectious diseases that city dwellers need to worry about. I would take my shoes off indoors if I lived in an overpopulated shithole, but I would never live there.
>>
>>517723725
It depends on the household, it's not unusual for people to have a no shoes rule, but most don't.

Most people will remove their shoes inside their own home for comfort, but they may walk to the bedroom or elsewhere before removing them.
Guests will typically wear shoes the entire time they are visiting unless it's overnight. But again it's not considered rude if you are asked to remove them at the door.

The trope largely comes from tv shows where the actors wear shoes inside, because they are on a fake set not a real house.
>>
>My house
I'll take em off when I get to my room
>Other people's house
I'll only take em off if I'm going to be staying the night.
>>
>>517723725
Yes, so we don't get rabies, you braindead hick.
>>
>>517724237
Protestant work ethic. Unlike lazy Catholics, we're always ready to go out the door and accomplish something.

Shoes off is an elitist behavior. Only rich and city fucks do it. If I'm hauling firewood inside you think I'm changing from my boots to house shoes while I'm carrying 8 piece? Neck your self degenerate spoiled city fuck.

this kinda just blew my mind. when i think of people i know who i imagine wearing their shoes indoors, they are of protestant stock. when i think of people who would walk around in their socks, they're the non-WASPs who (i'm thinking back to being a kid at friends' houses now) would be much more welcoming and friendly, seeming to have a natural quasi-parental interest in you while you were there, a much more "homey" atmosphere. the first group is always trying to appear to be working, to be "on", to be proving something. and you always feel as if you are expected to prove yourself to them just to justify your presence. their homes and demeanors are cold

yeah, it's common, but it is not a widespread thing. it is a common thing in the southwest, though.
>>
>>517723725
Mostly I wear my shoes on the outside, but some people, mostly homosexuals, insert their shoes into their insides.
>>
>>517723725
No, we wear them on our feet
>>
