This. It would "upend our nation", AKA too many pedos infest both parties, all of hollywood, the tech sector, anyone who is considered "elite".
You'd need special elections for 9/10ths of all representatives at the same time (sounds great to me!) which would leave the USA rudderless for at least a few months (also fine by me).
Obviously our leaders won't let that happen, if they are able to prevent it. Because most of them would be hanged, which hurts and they don't want to do that.
