Realistically, what's stopping this region of America from declaring independence, genociding Detroit, invading New York and Washington DC, nationalising the Federal Reserve and banning ashkenazi Jews from government banking and media positions? America is too brown to salvage as an independent country so it needs to be broken and reduced to a dominating White supremacist state in control of all major financial hubs, which can then dominate and expel the populations of all the smaller southern states with large non White populations. America is no longer a country but a warzone, a bloody steppe for the White race to prove it's dominance.

This can be seized control of relatively easily and the government might not even care that much. Specifically you should start on the border with Canada, so you have access to foreign supply lines and you aren't totally engulfed by the US proper.

Genuinely Seattle is the most important city in the entire country when it comes to a secession scenario. They make or break your ocean access. Second to that is Portland. If you can get either of those, you at least have the chance to survive.
