It's not just the color. Filament lights release a large spectrum so the color is more of a mix of multiple colors. LED's are an electron jumping across a spark-gap, so the color the release is monotone, fixed on one frequency only. This creates incredibly harsh light. If you sent that through a prism it would only be 1 color, there is no rainbow inside it. They've tried to add smudged-glass or colored plastic bulbs to smooth out the tones, but it doesn't work that well.
