UPS is fucked right now. I ordered a vinyl record from Germany recently. Things like informational material: records, CDs, films, posters, etc. are supposed to be exempt from tariffs. Anyway, after my package was delivered I received a bill in the mail from UPS for tariffs. I emailed them to dispute the charges (tariffs shouldn't apply to my package). I received this automated email. They haven't even read dispute emails after June 21st. I just got this email from them too.
