I have a hard time staying asleep. I fall asleep very easy but I sleep for like 3 hours and then I wake up and then I have to get out of bed and "wake up" before I can go back to bed, so my sleep is pretty shit in general. Someone told me to try melatonin so I've been taking 5mg and I can't even feel it. The only thing it does it make me feel a bit more sluggish the morning after. Should I try 10mg?
