It used to slowly take you from the top of a playlist all the way down and then get stuck there. Now you can get bumped closer to the top again. Switching between clicking to the next and previous song with shuffle activated (if your headphones allows this with back and forth buttons) can prevent getting stuck in repetitive loops. Deleted videos are always a small risk and backing them up on a local drive before they're gone is probably your best bet. Or taking screenshots/videos of the playlist to make sure you don't lose sight of any titles now that it's harder to see which videos got deleted. Overall the experience is still good, i use playlists daily.

The first pre-video ad that it gave me I was so so livid I wrote an email to youtube/google hq that would have gotten me arrestes and charged in modern times. A police officer did call my house but was laughing about it with my mom and just told her to tell me be careful on the internet. God I miss the old internet days.
