I think the new National Socialist state should have a social credit score system, let me explain. Under National Socialist the people should have the right to protest. Further more if there is a surveillence state under National Socialism, then #1 the courts shouldn't be able to prosecute the people for certain low level crimes, the surveillance state should only be used to prosecute high level crimes like terrorism. Or #2 if all crimes are prosecuted by the sueveillence state, then if the people don't want certain people to be prosecuted by a court or be put in jail or prison, then the people can vote case by case to not charge said person(s) or even vote to release them from prison if the people believe their prosecution by the state was unjust. This is foolproof, because if the people are good, then justice will prevail, but if the people are corrupt and free wicked criminals then only God can save us at that point, it was meant to be. However this vote can be overriden by the SS aristocracy on their vote if the SS really want said person to be prosecuted, the SS can also vote to free people and their votes have priority over the mongrel commoners since they are the pure masters. There will be a caste system in society btw.
