Low levels of brain inflammation is a recognized medical condition according to experienced neurologists. Basic MD will never diagnose it ever, they dont know about it in any depth if they know anything and they just want to prescribe some drugs that are approved by blah blah insurance blah blah medical malpractice.

Your brains immune system works differently from the rest of the body, it will not stop the inflammation process until it is 100% sure it is not needed anymore. This means low levels of brain inflammation can go on for years and may never calm down if the person does not get it under control.

Any sort of food that triggers any level of immune response can prevent it from healing, too much sugar can mess with hormones and prevent it from healing, too much caffeine even. Basically the modern diet and lifestyle in western society can put your brain in a viscous cycle where it never really heals and just keeps slowly degrading, and it does keep slowly degrading your mental abilities and it is mainstream knowledge that adhd is a significant risk factor for dementia.

you can problem find a lot of information about it online, i would look for a neurologist talking about it.

ADHD is the default state of mind of a child... Nobody is born with the ability to focus its a skill you have to aquire as you get older, but people who think they have ADHD lack the discipline so to cope they just resign their identity to ADHD to feel like it was never in their control.

It's a set of behaviours that they classify as a disorder because it can effect your ability to function in modern society.
Does that make it 'real'? I don't know. There is a tendency to over medicalise everything. With something as vague as ADHD it is very easy to diagnose and medicate someone because they are not performing well at school or at a career they have chosen. I think that in a lotnof cases these people just need to find a path in life more suited to their temperament. Is spending your entire life on a not insignificant dose of amphetamines worth it to sustain the life you believe you need to live? Maybe you just haven't spent a proper amount of time considering alternative career paths you could take that wouldn't require you to dose amphetamines to function.
Having said that I have met a few people in my life who do seem to exhibit extreme ADHD symptoms. While I still think these people should seek paths in life that don't require medication, I can't begrudge them for wanting to use prescription drugs to manage their symptoms.

I've been onto this for about 12 years now. When I was 20 everyone thought that I have adult ADD, went to several doctors about this and the best they could do prescribe some bullshit legal amphetamine, I did not buy it, don't wanna be a druggie.
Over time I noticed that I do have days when my focus is super sharp and I can study for hours and remember everything perfectly but there are also days when I can't hold my attention on a single thing for more than 15 seconds. So I started keeping a journal in an attempt to find what I do different so that sometimes I am incredibly focused and productive. Turns out it's almost entirely diet, at least for me. Foods that are high in histamines - aged cheese, tomatoes, products that contain non-fresh milk e.g. milk chocolate, cookies, frozen pizza, etc... If I don't eat those things, within about 48 hours my brain clears up and I have no signs of ADD. But if I eat, let's say, potato chips that have a sour cream and onion flavor, within a day or so I will start displaying ADD symptoms.

>is there a test
there is a home test you can do but i forgot what it was. I already said people should research it themselves and see a neurologist lecture on it or something.

Anyways think of it like this, you are on a run and you sprain your ankle really really badly. Someone on the internet tells you to stop running for a bit and let your ankle heal and check a doctor to see if its broken. You ask for a test, are you asking for a test to know if its worth it to take a rest and let your ankle heal? The only reason you need a test is to see if its something acute (like a break) that needs standard medical care, standard MD will test you for acute causes, if they cant find anything acute then you may as well do a brain inflammation protocol.
>>519342619
It depends. Typically something like this is not so much what you need to add but what you need to take away. Certain things like curcuminoids can be helpful though. Also its typically not just your brain but your entire nervous system meaning brain inflammation is paired with intestinal inflammation and you need to get both under control at the same time or 1 will feedback loop the other back again, so you need a strategy that targets both at same time.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6Vxl5QJE24

The most common things that can promote autoimmune problems and keep inflammation going are: grains (including corn), nightshades (yes really, ancestors avoided these or for tomatoes took the skin off and cooked the fuck out of them but they were a guilty pleasure food even then), A1 milk protein, egg whites, and more i forgot. Basically you should probably just avoid every allergenic food to be safe (except beef unless you actually think its a problem for you, im not even sure if beef is actually allergenic in enough people to be in same category as the other things).

Also ketosis helps big time with brain inflammation and mental illness.

Although I don’t really believe in ADD, I was diagnosed with it as a child. Moments of high pressure and stress are immediately flow states for me. I get very charged, act immediately and become quite commanding, barking orders to those around me and generally forcing or motivating those paralyzed by the pressure to action. It’s wild and, frankly, an enjoyable comfy state. In those moments I know who I am and what must be done.
I volunteer as a firefighter and when there‘s a blaze or some sort of crisis then I feel like I‘m really in my own skin. After the fact when we’re standing around waiting for some bureaucratic stuff or something, I‘m miserable. I‘d much rather be charging into a burning building than waiting around doing nothing.

I was told as a kid I had what they called ADD or attention deficit disorder. Oddly, the years following I never heard of any other kid receiving this diagnosis. They would always call it ADHD, which is of course attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

I never considered myself hyperactive at all as a kid, though I did watch an old home movie of me in my room during a big move to a new house. I was basically talking to myself and throwing toys around like a madman. Oddly my memories of this aren’t really there, so I found the footage somewhat disturbing. I was probably nine years old, so I should have memory of this.

My symptoms with ADD mainly consisted of zoning out, and I mean complete trance zoned out. For many years teachers giving their lesson would walk to my desk and clap their hands loud in my face and I’d snap out of it. I wasn’t able to control this until I was a teen, and then it went away completely.

So is ADHD real? I believe some of us have learning disorders for sure, but to label them under one grand diagnosis is where they fucked up. Many cases are very different from child to child. I still have my quirks, but I eventually grew up totally normal. Married, three kids, work a regular job and deal with people one on one no problem. They did give me the Ritalin of course, and then Adderall, but I never enjoyed it much as a kid and would hide it under my tongue spitting it out later. That evolved into selling the shit at school until I realized I could get high taking it. I no longer have a prescription for anything these days, and feel better off for it.

The short of it is yes, I believe it’s real, but very misunderstood to the point it’s ruining children’s lives, and I’ve refused to give the drugs to my own kids.

>Basically the modern diet and lifestyle in western society can put your brain in a viscous cycle where it never really heals and just keeps slowly degrading
This leaf absolutely gets it.

The western diet is now basically poison. What used to be nourishing food has been replaced with a toxic dump of GM crops, soaked in herbicides and pesticides, mixed with flavor enhancers, artificial sweeteners, and fillers - because why sell goyim healthy food when you can sell them swill for a much greater profit?

One can see an external effect of this everywhere: OBESITY. Obesity in a population is a sign of MALNUTRITION. The body sends hunger signals based on *nutrient* needs, not caloric needs, so people eat nutrient-deficient but empty-calorie-packed "food," they soon feel hungry but lethargic (so they don't even exercise), they eat more "food" because they feel hungry, and they just spiral down into immobile obesity.

To get to what the wise leaf said, this toxic swill also causes constant inflammation in the GI tract - which because of the tight coupling of gut and brain *causes chronic inflammation in the brain*.

OUR POISONED FOOD SUPPLY IS A PRIMARY CAUSE OF AUTISM

(I'm sure the similar poisoning of the water supply adds to brain (and whole body) inflammation as well, but I've spent the past decade experimentally verifying the food side (trying to reduce health problems in my family and kids), but I have not done the same direct experiments on the hydration side. But replacing pure water with a cocktail of pesticides, birth control hormones, microplastics, and fracking fluid surely cannot be healthy.)

tl;dr - Our now toxic "food" supply is the primary cause of autism, it causes gut inflammation which leads to brain and full-body inflammation, i.e., autism.

I agree with you that the food is poisoned, but my issue wasn’t an autistic one. I know that’s impossible considering I’m posting here Kek, but in all seriousness my issue was something I was born with but it wasn’t autism. My mother definitely drank alcohol and smoked during my time in the womb, I have no idea how much because you’ll never get those people to admit to that kind of shit.

I look at my own kids, my son seems to have the same issue I did. They wanted to give him adderall. Infact they fucking DEMANDED it. So we agreed, but once the medicine was filled we flushed it. He’s always been told to tell his doctor he takes it, which is fucked up to tell a kid to lie, but this is serious shit here in my opinion. Taking these medications will change a child’s brain forever, it definitely did mine and probably not for the better. I am 5”11’ and my son at 11 years old is already my height. That’s just a small factor change, but I fully believe my own height was stunted by the meds they put me on. He’s on track to be a big man which I celebrate. How could I live with myself knowing I fucked up my own flesh and blood? I wish my parents had felt the same with me.

>Ours is a demonic, predatory and parasitic society
And a response of hypersensitivity and withdrawl - i.e., the exact behavioral analog of inflammation and heightened immune reaction - is the response of *collective healing*.

It's hell for the autists, of course. But attempts to "cure autism" by merely eliminating the symptom will make the disease and the symptom *worse*.

To cure a symptom, one must cure the *cause*.

And, broadly, the cause of hypersensitivity and withdrawal is our society+envirinment's toxicity and overstimulation.

AUTISM IS THE NORMAL AND HEALTHY COLLECTIVE RESPONSE TO A TOXIC AND OVERSTIMULATED WORLD

>Is ADHD real?
Yes, I got diagnosed with it in my late 20s. I had almost all of the diagnosable criteria my entire life but neither myself or my family became aware of it. All I knew was that I couldn't focus for shit, bombed at school, and had an addictive personality that chased dopamine like oxygen. I am medicated now and my life is functional compared to dysfunctional 4 years ago. I hold a job, have an apartment have a budding family of my own. Before diagnosed and treatment none of this would have been possible for me.
I still have the disorder but the medication + my older age has greatly reduced the problems it causes to the point I am more or less normal now.

I think ADHD is over diagnosed in children. I think it's a disorder that should only be diagnosed in over 25's when the brain finishes development. Big pharma exploited the natural high energy of children to excuse pushing pills down their throats for $$$.

I also don't think ADHD is a magical disorder that happens for no reason either. I think what we call 'ADHD' is what happens when a child is born into a structureless dysfunctional household full of drama and problems. The child brain doesn't develop innate discipline or focus and this imprints permanently on the developing brain to the point it becomes a permanent feature. I don't think it's as genetic as people think.

Excellent work, anon.

And the link between diet and brain+full-body health is going to be hidden by the jews, because

1) It's more profitable to sell people infinitely shelf stable artificial imitation food product substitutes than real food.

2) Replacing nourishing, living food with fakes hides how purchasing power has been decimated (i.e., a malignant cancer is stealing ever more of the body politic's life energy).

3) Since the jews' goal is to both openly conquer America and genocide whites, an obvious tactic is to slowly poison whites until they're too fat, tired, and stupid to defend themselves.

"Meditation" is **any process that induces and stabilizes a particular state of consciousness**.

That means doomscrolling on /pol/ for 20 minutes and the anxiety (or contempt) that produces (call it "Anxiety Meditation") is just as much a meditation as sitting and breathing and relaxing.

Laughing can be a meditation (though laughing for 20 minutes non-stop is actually very difficult). Movement can be a meditation. Numbing out to vidya can be a meditation.

It's ALL mediation.

So, far from "meditation" being some foreign and unfamiliar activity, *we are all already expert meditators*.

The moment of awakening is to realize we can *choose* the meditations we do, and thus choose our state of consciousness.

For those just starting I'd recommend a Heart centered (4th chakra) meditation. That's the foundation for the ego stability necessary for anything more, and Heart is the place of fundamental union of all opposites, the source of love and compassion, and the peace that follows.

Namaste, good anons.

If you say you had a good household environment then it means you had a good household environment, I believe you. The reason I point towards childhood woes as a probable explanation for ADHD is because I believe ADHD is most likely a form of dissociation at its core. And dissociation typically happens when a brain cannot process sensory or emotional information for whatever reason, so the brain just tunes out. Goes into lalaland, picking at its own thoughts the same way one would pick at a scab after an injury.

Whether its a bad family, or a bad time at school (bullies, abusive teachers), random tragedies like death or loss, misfortune like disease or accidents, whatever it may be, basically a moment in a child’s life where one big uncontrollable event or multiple events occurred that knocked the kid into perpetual analysis paralysis/rumination mode. And kids are almost always gonna go into that reaction state, because kids can’t fight problems in their pint sized bodies. They cant flee from it either, all the can do is freeze up. And if they get stuck in freeze mentality, they develop ADHD.

Thats my layman theory anyway.
>>
>destroy your attention span by over indulging in overstimulating activities that bounce your attention around literally every 3 seconds for 16 hours a day starting since childhood
>wow, I don't seem to have the ability to concentrate, it must be a disease of some kind
>>
>>519349732
Kek I wish it were that simple, boss.
I have ADHD, and I admit most of my childhood was spent staring at the TV watching cartoons and playing SNES/N64/Sega non-stop, 6 hours a day, all day every day. I’d even sit way too close to the TV too.

So case closed? ADHD is actually caused by frying dopamine circuits in childhood? Only if you can answer the question: Which came first, the chicken or the egg?

Better yet, which came first, the ADHD kid, or his addiction to TV/videogames/screen time? Because answer is the ADHD kid came first. What do ADHDs struggle with? Processing of dopamine, ADHD brain holds onto dopamine about as well as an old geriatric elder holds onto piss, aka can’t hold onto dopamine for longer than minutes at best. Dopamine goes in, dopamine goes out. Focus goes in, focus immediately evaporates.

So what do ADHDs do to try and plug the hole in their mind that constantly leaks dopamine juice? They keep filling it with more dopamine juice, to at least try and maintain a state of dopamine to compensate. So they will always naturally seek overstimulation as a form of self medicating.
>>
>>519349643
You dopamine fast. Just spend 30 minutes looking out the window. Then next week 45, and so on. It will be brutal at first but eventually your brain learns to function normal without constant stimulus.

>my issue was something I was born with but it wasn’t autism
First, I'm sorry to hear of your challenges. I use "autism" as an enormous catch-all, not so much a set of ICD codes. I think all sorts of developmental struggles are caused by environmental toxicity (Reggio's "Qaatsi" trilogy of movies showed this quite movingly).

My own son seems to be much like you and your son. But we can't go to any medical "professional" because the only treatment now allowed for anything is a lifetime of dependence on deadly but (((profitable))) pharmaceuticals.

I want to add that genetics seems to play much more of a role in this than some realize. Working with alcoholics and drug addicts has had me realize those dysfunctional behaviors are the *expression* of a genetic predisposition. The horrible childhoods aren't the cause of the mental illnesses that follow, those horrible childhoods were themselves *the behavioral expression of the genetics that codes for them*. A startling inversion of cause and effect, and essential for treating diseases like alcoholism.

I also say that because it might lead you to a bit of peace about your mother, if only the understanding she may have been as much a victim as you, as were the many generations before her.

Good luck with your son, he sounds like he's doing well - because he has a dad like you. It may not help much, but if your mom hadn't been the one to accept the pain of wounding her own unborn child (you), you might not have been wounded in the ways necessary for you to awaken to how to help your own son. Your painful wounding was also your son's healing gift - the long-awaited healing of perhaps generations of you.

My best wishes to you all.

This. "ADHD" is just a short form way of saying "someone raised without cultivating self-discipline".

It's a feral person. Most people are born this way, and through solid parenting and a high trust society, children learn discipline and mature into adults without "ADHD".

somehow this turned into frying kids' brains with amphetamine salts and/or methylphenidate because their parents suck and their teachers and society also suck.
>>
>>519341739
real as in what? is it an illness? no. Is it a set of traits that hinders your life in modern world? yes
I do have it. Meds help. I don't feel like a zombie on them, cause in Poland amphetamines are unavailable (at least not without major hassle). Nothing more to it.
>>
>>519341739
Yeah, sure. I live with an ADHD person.

>Just so you know, it isn't a superpower and cooking, cleaning, doing your laundry and managing your garden while you lie in bed all day crying about how exhausted you are is what it actually is. Then there is the constant interruption and arguing for dopamine, having to think 12 steps ahead because you're essentially an adult baby who can't function

Real tired of ADHDniggaz. Geniuses you ain't

ADHD people love saying they are good in a crisis. What they usually do is flap their arms and yell.
>>
>>519347892
why not mph for example though? ALthough if my kid had it, I would go therapy route. If it wouldn't resolve itself when he becomes adult, then he could decide if he can get medicated. In my case methylphenidate (or as you may know it in the states - Ritalin) is really not that big of a deal. I've lived 40 years of my life without any meds and without therapy, but I've got the attention deficit kind of ADHD, not the sperg on everyone kind.
not treating it in any way only resulted in supbar results in life despite being 2 standard deviations above average IQ.

The human brain is the most complex biological structure we are currently aware of. There is no reason to believe this structure that forms itself out of a few cells is always constructed perfectly in every instance. People not believing adhd is real base this on them not having it aka “works fine on my machine”

I didn’t go into detail, but the boy is intelligent. Straight A’s without the Jew medicine, and is shaping up to be much taller and stronger than I. I am very happy watching him develop. He was just a slow starter, that’s one of the issues happening to these kids. They don’t give them the necessary time needed to truly diagnose an issue when there may be no issue at all. It’s really fucked up. My boy is doing wonderfully though, I beat those bastards, and I’m enjoying every moment of it!

>What about the crisis in your
>kitchens
Yeah that’s our fault, we cause it
>bedrooms
Our fault again, oopsie
>relationships
50% our fault. We bring issues to relationships no question. What we are not responsible for is the other 50%, the way in which the other person reacts. If you are playing parent to someone else, that’s your own fault for having a saviour complex and trying to play daddy to other people.

>jobs
90% our fault, for same reason we fuck up our kitchens and bedrooms. The 10% leniency is because job issues can be avoided if the ADHD picks the correct job. Office jobs and intellectual jobs are not fit for adhd. Adhds thrive better outdoors in jobs where each day’s task is different from yesterdays. Only autists are good at living in a boring routine where every day is the same day. Avoid the shit type of work and adhds do okay.

>What you are is energy vampires
No, what you are is presumably a doormat who victimises themselves because it vindicates you from your own lack of boundaries. How about stop giving your ‘energy’ away for free like it was as cheap as sand then?

Absolutely and I’ll go for triple platinum as well. If you feel offended by someone else’s existence in life and you refuse to cut them out of your life and you keep acting like a victim, then it’s no longer 100% their fault, it becomes 50% yours. You’re an adult who should have developed boundaries. Don’t blame other people for your lack of them. If you don’t like ADHDs just steer clear from them.

But you can’t, that’s why you consciously entered this thread about ADHD. You couldn’t help yourself, could you champ? Deep down you love us in some twisted way.

Adhds will become addicted to anything. You can’t spell Addiction without ‘ADD’. Give an ADHD a few beers for the first time in their life, 6 months later he’s an alcoholic. Hand him a joint of weed for the first time, 3 months later he’s a stoner.

Give the ADHD person a stimulant like adderall or any amphetamine derivatives and the weirdest thing happens. He FORGETS to order/take the fucking drugs lol.

If you got adhd, dont worry about becoming addicted to amphetamines. Be worried about being addicted to anything else, but not amphetamines. Chances are you’ll struggle to even develop a habit of taking them let alone an addiction to them. Adhds have a natural immunity to developing addictions to amphetamines. I know one guy with ADHD + Bipolar who did Methamphetamine, crystal meth, one of the most addictive and destructive substances known to man. All his friends died to it. He just gives it up like it was nothing and ‘never saw the appeal’ and moved on. But his weed and alcohol and nicotine habit haunts him to this day tho

>cause I feel obligated to do shit.
All work and no play makes jack a dull boy. That’s adhd in a nutshell, it’s having a mind that says “Fuck you I won’t do what you tell me”. And that includes even (you) when you try to tell yourself to do something.

What you gotta do is trick the bastard brain a bit. Tell yourself to do the absolute opposite of your goal. For example, if you lay down and doomscroll when really the dishes are piling up and the kitchen needs work, tell yourself to ignore the dishes on purpose and command yourself to keep doomscrolling intentionally. Then the adhd mind will tell you to go fuck yourself and will insist on doing dishes. Adhd is crazy horse mindset. Always pick the opposite strategies and it works out.

My life got way better when I stopped trying to fight my adhd and stopped pretending to be normie, I instead identified as the adhd itself and integrated it, leaned into it, and some years later I work three different job positions, have a wife, a kid, a dog, learned to cook, routinely clean after myself, and am always on time now.

If you’re gonna do the stimulant meds, understand stimulants spike your heart rate and BP. And this can be compensated and the levels maintained into normal levels so long as you make sure that those meds are the only stimulant going into your system. Avoid cigarettes, energy drinks, coffee, high sugar drinks or foods. Drink a lot of water each day and don’t let the meds go to waste, make use of them with using your body. BP/heart rate levels become normal then.

Yeah even caffeinated soda. If you must insist on sodas, swap to the ‘zero’ variants that have zero sugars. We're in a period of massive change too, information overload 24/7, humans will have to adapt and it will take time, not focusing on boring things seems to be the evolutionary adaptation to such a thing, therefore I propose all of you without ADHD are evolutionary failures and will not survive this transition. >humans will have to adapt and it will take time, not focusing on boring things seems to be the evolutionary adaptation to such a thing, therefore I propose all of you without ADHD are evolutionary failures and will not survive this transition.

Tiny problem though. Much as I want to boast my ass off and preen my ego for my ability to chase short-lived goals non-stop, I can’t pretend that it’s compatible with what you said:
>It will take time
That requires long-term planning, long-term satisfaction seeking. Something adhds couldn’t do if they tried, they get way too bored if there’s no pay-off within the first few attempts. We have more in common with psychopathy as adhds than we do with being ‘normal’. We share in the psychopathic pathological short term gain chasing like sharks. Long term planning or building is kryptonite. We might have been great hunters back in primitive times if that hunter theory about adhd holds true.

But fuck my life we made for shit farmers and continue to do so. Farming requires planning and patience. We can’t farm for shit lad. So I’m not so sure we will have the patience to wait out this informational overloaded hellhole of a society either. Best thing to do is to return to nature and take as many trips to the woods as we can

Why are most you cunts on this board trying to save western civilisation playing the longest game you could possibly imagine with reward not guaranteed at all or in your life time? Because it's fucking interesting.

Be careful identifying with labels, you might start projecting traits upon yourself that aren't your own, you shouldn't identify as ADHD, you are you, unique in your own way. If somebody wants to label you a A-D-H-D you label them a C-U-N-T and move on. Be yourself. I identify with ADHD, I don’t identify as it though. I treat it the same way I treat my eye color or hair color, part of me but not the whole. I got no problems being this way. What I got a problem with is when people want me to stop being that way to conform to their standards or expectations. ADHD was never the problem, masking it and denying it was, pretending and trying to be ‘normal’ was, people-pleasing retards around me who were offended that I did not live on their schedule and timetable was what made me miserable. Soon as I stopped doing that and admitted that I am what I am without apologising for it anymore, things became much much easier.

>anyone who thinks women should give birth laying down and not standing up has shown they have zero fucking common sense already

Agreed. I’ll take it a step further, people who think that babies should be delivered in hospitals as if it were a sickness or disease and not a natural process of life have shown they are cattle who line up to their pens (the hospital wards) like dumb animals. The doctors only want women to give birth in hospitals because the umbilical cord is worth £25,000 in medical harvesting materials.

And they can’t wait to prematurely tear it off the baby’s stomach long before all the vital bloods and fluids are drained and fed to the newborn. They take that shit before the baby has a chance to even benefit from it after enduring delivery.

Yeah, did you see they were pushing that story of the woman who died having a home birth everywhere the other week. Clearly thinking of all the lost ££££££££££ from selling the umbilical cords and convincing dumb women that cutting them open with a knife is a better way of "giving birth". Makes them more money anyway. We live in a sick society and only the sick are interested in participating in it.

I didn’t see that story, looked it up now though and I see it all over the headlines lol. Fuck doctors and fuck the NHS especially. I can’t believe those psychotic cargo-cultist staff at the NHS demanded public applauses for all their ‘hard work’ during lockdown when they had knowingly injected mystery mRNAs cluttered with foreign spike-proteins into everyone indiscriminately. Men, women, children, the disabled and elderly, they gave no fucks. They even knew the mRNA vector vaccines were largely untested and not fully researched, only on mice from decades old studies, and they STILL imposed it on people.

They will use technology from the 80’s and 90’s to ultrasound pregnant women, and if they ((think)) they see an anomaly on that vague greyscale fuzzy imaging, they will tell the mother its down syndrome, they’ll point to the nape of babies neck and say “see? doesnt that look like a large fluid build up at the neck? thats down syndrome.”

And then they recommend you take a DNA swab of the amniotic fluid using a large invasive needle to penetrate into the placenta. Just to be “sure”. And lo and behold it turns out the berlin wall era technology piece of shit machine they keep at hospitals was wrong.

But oopsie woopsie, that DNA amniotic extraction needle carried a 1-5% chance of inducing miscarriage. Sorry but baby is dead because the NHS created a false alarm situation.

Then they beg for more money from taxpayers. Fucking joke.

>He doesn’t know how to chop a big plan to small, short goals

You’re right. I really should remember to employ that strategy. Nevermind I already forgot to remember. Wait no hold on, I just remembered the strategy. Okay so you want me to calculate time and divide it into multiple portions of time. Alright.

Well fuck now instead of one task that my time blindness overestimated the time it would take to complete, now I have 12 small tasks that I am now overestimating the time it would take to complete them all. FUCK. You just handed me kryptonite but fooled me into crushing it into a power to cut into several lines to snort up my nose and now I am DEAD.
>>
It's real. I've been taking MPH for over five years. I forget exactly when I started. It might be 7 years ago now.

You know the experience of walking into a room and not remembering why you walked in there? With ADHD, it's not like you go blank all the time, it's that the sense of "why you walked in there" (what you're doing or what you're paying attention to) is unstable. If you need to direct your focus on a new task, it will probably take longer than for the average person. If you have something in your environment, like a person asking you to do some task, then it's relatively easy to get started. But if you try to start on a task on your own, it's difficult, it takes longer to bring all the necessary context into mind and it's less table (if you get distracted it can be lost easier and be harder to bring back). Also, if something is really interesting, then all the context can get into your mind easily (like a videogame or something.. especially things with external stimulus, a girlfriend yelling at you or something), but it's harder to load a different context into your brain, self-prompting.

There are certain processes that involve directing the mind through different contexts. Such as predicting how long a task is going to take or predicting what you are going to do tomorrow, considering various alternate possibilities... you need to load a series of contexts into your mind, but the process is slower and more effortful for the average person.

So, yes, it's real. Watch Russel Barkley videos on YouTube if you are curious.
>>

Yes absolutely, is it as widespread as people make it out to be? No def not. Kids are retarted. And parents are lazy. So kids never learn manners. But sometimes certain kids genuinely cant focus. Almost like an autism thing. And the focus is hyperactive, they dont get to choose what to focus on.
>>
>>519342059
Correct to a large degree. Many kids grow out of it as the brain develops more though.

adhd is real and its really difficult to be friends / date these people because their behavior is anti social. this is hard to explain unless you have experienced it yourself.
imagine talking to someone about something that is important to you and the adhd person just leaves the room to do something else in the middle of the dialogue.
i can tolerate it because i know what it is but to an uninitiated person it is anti social and disrespectful.
on the other hand i often enjoy it when i can bury some bad topic because the adhd fag i talk to opened an entirely new topic to talk about.

generally you chop it into the segments until you think it's managable to do and then do the first segment. So at the most severe case, the first step will be to stop sitting on your chair and move to the next room. Ok what's next? pick up a sock, put the sock in the basket and so on. Big project to do? what's the first step: launch the programming IDE. What's next? put a widget in the View. What's next? write a method which connects to it. Can't write the method? what it needs to be written?

adhd is largely bullshit because people have so many terrible habits that lead to it. if you doomscrool all day and do nothing productive and develop no study habits or self moderation of course you are going to match up with all of those symptoms

No we don’t. Provide some type of evidence to back that up. If you can’t do that, that’s fine, instead consult your common sense. Remember how many puppies or kittens die every litter. Consider how many piglets are suffocated to death by mama pig each breeding season in farms. Understand that you are full of shit.

>Yeah dude when you finally get to talk to a girl one day tell her your plan is to get her pregnant so she can give birth standing up at home without assistance.

Yeah dude except home births are becoming largely preferred among women themselves these days. A friend and his wife I know had a home birth just a year ago, it went fine. They don’t do it without assistance, they have the assistance of the husband and a midwife with basic first aid nearby + a phone to call an ambulance if its absolutely necessary.

Only 3.9 out of 1,000 home births have fatality. You can look that up. Hospital births supposedly have lower, thats true. 1.9 per 1,000. But the data does not account for new and alarming problems with hospitals: Underpaid staff, outbreaks of hospital novelty viruses, like Candidozyma auris just recently, lower standards of hospital hygiene due to financial cutbacks, oh and lets not forget the undertrained staff they’ve recently been importing from Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria

Yeah just send your woman to one of those underfunded and degenerating hell hole hospitals anon. Enjoy becoming part of a new statistic in some study of retards 5 years from now who fell for bullshit.

Got back on meds which I hadn't touched since I was 15 ish because having multiple kids is the sort of responsibility where you need a functioning working memory, can't all be mitigated with calendars and notebooks.
>>519342940
I resented the meds when I was young, and I don't regret the many years I did without them. But it was a lot of self inflicted suffering. The mental quiet I got when I got medicated, it was really jarring. It's like I've had this screaming noise in the background, always. My irritability went down, my focus went up and I could actually stop and enjoy moments with my kids purely.
Prior, even at the best of times, I was always half stuck on 'what's next, what do I have to do, here's everything coming up.'
What sold me on trying meds as an adult was a smart guy confiding he had similar concerns to mine and finding that instead of being cracked out when he was on them, he found he'd been cracked out as his natural state without them. >>519344670
I thrive in them, and work in a field where people crack occassionally and bail entirely from the pressure of the insane budgets and timelines we deal with. >. So at the most severe case, the first step will be to stop sitting on your chair and move to the next room. Ok what's next?
One of the biggest motivators to get medicated was having spent 4 times a day walking into a room with no clue why. It was a quirk before having kids. Lack of working memory is the issue, including not remembering you have notes to check.
>>519362046
I'm 122 from my assessment back when I was a kid.
For any meeting, a definitive goal that it's meant to acheive. You enforcing that makes you valuable to others too. For any meeting or workshop or vendor selection I've run, I have psychotically comprehensive minutes and exactly who agreed to do what, when.
For those actions and anything that's on me, I have a calendar entry blocking out time. Usually I set those so my calendar still shows as available for others who want to book me for whatever.
I colour all those actions on me yellow until they're done, I track my progress through the day with yellows turned green. Red for meetings/workshops I have to run myself, so at the start of the day I can check I have a task in to prep for the workshop, read up on the principles of business outcome elaboration, etc.
That record keeping works better than a regular person's memory, and is damn useful for end of year reviews. I always score a solid bonus and my resume shines because I have a great record of what I've done to pick and choose from.
I ensure I know my priority, what's the highest value piece of work the person I'm working for wants. Ideally 3, in order. Smash it out, call it out, grab the next one.
Assume that most of the people working on anything are imcredibly complacent, and that reading the guidance on how you should implement or ways you can implement will yield gaps that you can fill early, instead of finding out a year and a half in.
That's all for work, with the pressure of neccessity. For personal projects, go fuck yourself, there is no solution. In my experience.

ADD is defined by an inability for the brain to release dopamine AKA "dopamine lock" (causes not determined by science yet).

Stress spikes somehow breaks the dopamine lock for a time. They act the same as stimulants. That's why untreated ADD patients are attracted by high-risk, stimulating activities, often putting themselves and others in danger and breaking the law.

My girls are both sweet lil geniuses that hit developmental milestones early. Only broscientists who listen to podcasts are this smug and ignorant.

You don't know that you don't know shit.
>>
>>519364582
I'm the only person in the thread who does not get their information that way. I have never watched a podcast

>How could society be wrong? He asks, looking around him at imported African niggers
>>
>>519364572
>None of that describes what I said. That is the wailing of someone trying to live. That is vicarious behavior.

So what do you propose? Walk me through a day in your life then, how do you reconcile the fact you are more beast than human with extremely low impulse control courtesy of adhd with the fact you live in a civilisation that routinely punishes such a way of life?
>>
>>519364677
You're bringing up back to monke and niggers into a conversation about a medical condition

You're confused as fuck. Stop shitposting and go touch some grass
>>
>>519363567
>Amphetamine was good enough for Hitler, it’s good enough for me
Quite alright goy, keep feeding ((big pharma)) eh
>>
>>519364797
I don't agree with that anon very much either, but you see the irony in your rebuttal there? You criticise him for talking about returning to monke and then go tell him to touch grass lol.

The guy is clearly saying touching grass is the answer, Frenchie that's his point, that is what returning to monke means, going back to nature
>>
Fake illness, just a cluster of vague personality traits that correspond to low tolerance for paperwork and academic study
>>
>>519364922
I have ADD and I've touched amounts of grass you wouldn't believe of and it hasn't cured me.

Maybe it's pollution and Jew chemicals in the food, water supply, in the air and the fucking ground, but we're all poisoned with forever chemicals and there's nothing we can do about it.

So no, touching grass only cures chronic shitposting, not ADD
>>
>>519365186
Imagine enjoying paperwork and academic study though. Must be like living like a robot.
>>
>>519365299
Touching grass won't cure it no, but it does alleviate secondary maladies temporarily. Which is to say the obvious, being out in nature improves mood. It does that for most people. But for ADHDs it acutely puts them at ease, more than the average person.

1. Become valuable to women by sexual prowess. This is the foundation of my life. I am not joking.
2. ??????
3. Probably suicide soon at mid 40s

I understand who and what I am and though I wish I were the other ones, I am also highly intelligent and know that I have value that simply will never be acknowledged

Taking ADHD meds is basically being a brain tranny. They don't fix ADHD they just pump more dopamine into the system. That system then burns out and you end up catastrophically depressed btw.
>>
>>519365315
Many do enjoy that sort of thing, everybody’s different. But I’ve yet to meet anybody with “adhd” that was incapable of getting by, unless they had some other underlying problem. If anything these labels just reinforce the belief that there’s something wrong and you need to depend on others
>>
>>519341739
Yes. I've got ADHD and I've lived with it for 36 years. The inability to focus on shit, having zero object permanence, forgetting every fucking thing, having literally 8000 tabs on my browser, being unable to watch/read/play anything for more than 5 minutes without having to do something in between, having this obsessive fucking need to start new things all the time without ever finishing a single project, I guarantee you it's all real and it's ruining my fucking life. I got the meds, and they help until they don't. Then they increase the dosage, and again, they help until they don't. You can't use them forever. Then it's back to being this borderline retarded scatterbrain for the rest of my life. My country has a program that helps ADHD people to learn how to manage their condition while they have the meds so that after they don't work, they can live normally without the meds, but it's only for people under 30. And it took fucking 20 years to get this diagnosis despite me trying to talk about it to everyone since the literal fucking 90s, but no. I'm so fucking bitter and angry about this shit, because it's literally ruined my life. I've tried everything, time and time again I've tried to live normally, I've tried excercise, I've tried diets, self-help books, drugs, everything. Nothing fucking helps aside from the meds. Until they don't. And I'm so fucking afraid of when I have to finally give up on them because the dosage can't be increased, because then I'll go back into being this mess incapable of functioning normally. I hate it so much. I've literally considered offing myself when it happens.

>>519365672
ADD can be caused/worsenes by other conditions.

Before roping you should get checked for the following:
- sleep apnea and if negative for Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome (UARS)
- iron deficiency
- hormonal imbalance
- mood disorder (aka bipolar, often misdiagnosed as ADHD because symptoms are so similar)

Good luck anon
>>
>>519365672
same scenario and same issues, same phases of my life just like you. only difference is that i have no desire to kill myself whatsoever. in my experience it has made me more stoic and lately ive been retardmaxxing and it has worked.
>>
>>519363772
>i guess the question is
We don't fucking know what the caused are. We only know that stimulants alleviate the symptoms.

Science will eventually solve it if enough money is poured into it. We thought that AIDS was a death sentence from god until it wasn't.
>>
>>519365672
i think a lot of your distress is wanting to be different from how you naturally are. do you want to concentrate on things for longer periods of time or do you think you have to. and yes you might not be able to live a "normal" life but if you were accepted as you are, would that reduce some of your suffering?
>>
>>519366049
>sleep apnea and UAR
>iron deficiency
>hormonal imbalance
>mood disorder
All checked, I have none of those. I have ADHD and depression which is the result of being unable to function normally. I want to, I just can't.
>>519366187
I don't want to kill myself, I just hate living with ADHD. I haven't been able to finish a single fucking book since I was a teenager. Compare that to when I actually WAS a teenager, and I completed the "read 100 books in a year" challenge. At least then I had the ability to hyperfocus on shit, but I haven't had that in 20 years.
>>
>>519366292
There is no cause. It's a genetic difference. What is the cause of black people, whites or Asians?
>>
>>519341739

ADHD is the result of lazy parenting. Kids have to learn to sit still and focus. "ADHD" people never get forced to sit still and focus. And you'll notice, nobody with ADHD is much of a book reader. You learn to sit still and focus by reading books for long periods of time, for enjoyment. Adult ADHD can be cured by lashing them to a chair and forcing them to read.
>>
>>519366049
>- hormonal imbalance
Good tips but this is a fuckton of vagueness at once. Could you be more specific?
>>
>>519366292
you arent really responding to my point which is who gets to define the symptoms, someone mentioned structural changes in the brain, thats a more concrete way of defining if you have add or adhd, you are saying its something to be solved like aids, you cant compare the two obviously
>>

People with adhd are voracious readers.

>1. Become valuable to women by sexual prowess. This is the foundation of my life. I am not joking.

I’ve already done that many times in my youth, that wasn’t very difficult for me. I believe you as well it wasn’t difficult for you either. ADHD comes with the silver-tongue perk, getting women is as easy as breathing.

>2. ??????
Yeah I wanna know what those question marks are

>Probably suicide at mid 40s
Why though? Don’t be like Kurt Cobain he was diagnosed adhd as well and planned suicide for 27 like a queer, even writing to ‘Boddha’ in his sad suicide note. Don’t go out like he did

>I understand who and what I am and though I wish I were the other ones, I am also highly intelligent and know that I have value that simply will never be acknowledged

Have you tried being discriminate? Yeah having to play ball with society sucks cock, but its really not so bad when you select which parts of society you play ball with. Just choose to have people around who you know are your people. Get rid of the cattle-brained pencil-pushers, life becomes better

>They don't fix ADHD they just pump more dopamine into the system. That system then burns out and you end up catastrophically depressed btw.

So just replace dopamine hunting for oxytocin hunting instead. It’s a slower and less dramatic high, but it sustains

Everyone I have ever known who claims to have ADHD has had contempt for reading. They've had contempt for their responsibility to communicate effectively in general. It's because they never learned to think in language.
>>
>>519341739
yes, and you wouldnt doubt it if you actually had it, I wouldnt wish it on anyone. Almost ruined my whole life until I found out I had it. But this is a basic slide thread.
>>
>>519366647
>Why though?

I have multiple health conditions that leave me in a lot of physical and psychological pain daily. It's not because of ADHD though my life would have been much different without ADHD and I think I would've been more financially capable of dealing with the situation.

For some people, life just turns south. You will see this happen to someone. It's grim. It's not necessarily by our own making either. Just life.

As to your other query I don't really get along with people, I wish I did and desire their company but I just don't respect people. I am very non neurotypical and to me almost all people seem retarded and morally hindered. I possess high intelligence of a weird dimension that is poorly understood and I make complex predictions accurately etc.

I think this is *why* ADHD people especially really genetically slammed ones like me exist. We possess something that the farmers don't. It may be a tendency for some kind of foresight.

I was genuinely in a GATE type program (of course) though almost all stories told here about those programs are lies. It was very typical

Except....I do remember being tested with those ESP cards. Kinda curious they'd do that in school.
>>
>>519366549
>structural changes in the brain
We don't have biomarkers that can reliably diagnose ADD, of there were people would just go to a neurologist and get a brain imagery instead of going to shrinks.

Psychiatry is a disaster. The DSM is a non-scientific work paid for by pharma companies who wanted as many diagnoses as possible so they could market as many meds as possible.

We have dozens of bullshit diagnoses with overlapping symptoms.

There used to be only a handful of diseases: mood disorder aka manic depression, melancholy aka depression, autism, schizophrenia, dementia, and a few others I forgot.

Shrinks just make you try meds one by one until they find something that "works" without understanding shit.

I wish I could answer you but unfortunately psychiatry got jewed into oblivion.
>>
>>519366915
That's because they are just garden variety stupid people saying they have ADHD, anon. Or people who were poorly parented so they were diagnosed for misbehaving.

Actual ADHD people, like me, out read many average adults by 13.

>Everyone I have ever known who claims to have ADHD has had contempt for reading.

Can confirm, I’m one of them. But it doesn’t mean I cannot read or hate reading because it requires reading. I hate reading shit that I am told by others to read. Example: Teachers who sit you down for 6-7 hours in a classroom to read about shit that doesn’t actually matter and doesn’t actually serve your day-to-day life later in adulthood. Wow thanks for making me read all about the renaissance Mrs. Parker, it really helped me pay my bills and eliminate my financial debts.
>>
>>519367291

Reading teaches you to think in the abstract. Modern finance comes from the renaissance era. So, you could learn quite a bit about how to manage money and manage people's relationship with money by understanding the economics of the renaissance. And there's an additional problem I see with "ADHD" people... a low IQ inability to abstract, which is relative to their low verbal skills.

>I have multiple health conditions that leave me in a lot of physical and psychological pain daily. It's not because of ADHD though my life would have been much different without ADHD and I think I would've been more financially capable of dealing with the situation.

Huh, fascinating you say that. Me too. Yours chronic like mine is? Aka you got a reduced life expectancy too? I was supposed to be dead at 2 years old. Mid thirties now, got told its 50-60 for the reaper visit.

>I am very non neurotypical and to me almost all people seem retarded and morally hindered. I possess high intelligence of a weird dimension that is poorly understood and I make complex predictions accurately etc.

And I believe you. You are telling me that you see the world and reality in patterns non-stop, patterns others cannot see, but you do. And you can make predictions from those patterns, and they are accurate every time. Right? I believe you. And I also bet it infuriates you when your predictions become true and the others who you tried to warn, they see it come true, just as you said. And then you wait to see if they finally get it, if they finally understand… and nope, they don’t, they go back to being blind lol. That how it goes?

>Reading teaches you to think in the abstract.
No it doesn’t. Abstraction is about extrapolating ideas from events. Reading is about parroting someone else’s ideas about events you never experienced yourself personally. If you wanna make abstractions with any merit or power, lean on experience instead. Reading is useful yeah, but every single bookworm I ever met who lived their whole lives with their nose inside of books don’t actually seem to understand how to handle life problems. Most of them struggle to even know basic socialisation skills for all their gay book learning.

>inability to abstract
No the problem is abstract thinking is all we do, non-stop, all the time, it never shuts up. And we don’t need to outsource our thinking to books to be able to do this. Autists do, not adhds. You’re barking up the wrong tree my nigger

I think its real, but there's so much you can do to mitigate its impact on your life without resorting to medications. My parents had me on Ritalin from 7 until I was about 20, and I feel like it nearly ruined my life. The night and day difference between when I took my meds and when I skipped it, which I did often because it made me feel like a drone, led my peers in school to think I was some sort of bipolar psychopath, so friends were very hard to come by.
I also missed out on developing coping skills to help keep me on track with my responsibilities because I leaned so heavily on the medication. My daughter seems to have ADHD as well, but instead of medicating her three times a day, I help her work through her periods of distraction and keep her focus on task. She's doing so much better than I did at her age, and im glad that she's not weighed down by a soul sucking medicine that keeps her from being her.
We're both a little behind in the maturity department for our ages, but we're happy and I think that's all that matters

>It's genetic. I am in outright pain all the time. I am very tired. Not being able to sleep does something to your mentality and personality that nothing else I have experienced, even a spinal injury, can do.

I believe it. Can’t say I know what that’s like, but I believe you brotha. I have nothing to say that can help you with your pain, all I can say though is I’m not sorry for your suffering, I’d rather say I’m impressed by it as fucked as that sounds. You got a hand dealt to you worse than most and you’re still here and still developed a keen sense of mind to show for it. Lesser men would have been destroyed in your shoes. Just make sure the pain doesnt go to waste. Consider using it, repurposing it for something else, you can create from it, the energy it gives. Negative energy is still energy. Still useful.

Thanks.

I believe ADHD persistence after dawn of agriculture should be studied because it indicates a class or caste of people that were intentionally bred

ADHD people, in medieval type societies, would be the best scouts, rangers, foragers, hunters and so forth. So we are only a few hundred years removed from them having enhanced utility due to their characteristics, so that might be an explanation, but my genetics are Scottish and on a site that tracks "verified" gene variants I have 100% of the ADHD genes. I literally have perfect ADHD.

I feel like people were bred for this.

I may completely lose you here but I'm strongly capable of remote viewing (verifiable targets, proper testing protocol, not making bs predictions)

>because it indicates a class or caste of people that were intentionally bred
>ADHD people, in medieval type societies, would be the best scouts, rangers, foragers, hunters and so forth.

The best executioners as well. I think the beneficial combo of traits we’re describing would be:
>Emotional lability.
Delayed emotional responses, the ability to suppress emotions in high pressure situations in order to act. (Advantage: hunting, killing, executing)

>Excessive rumination and analysis paralysis
Constant withdrawal into lateral abstract thinking at 100 thoughts per minute, able to process large amounts of dilemmas in a short span of time, so as to promote, again, action specifically to hunt, kill, act, execute.

>Inability to focus/rapid focus shifting
Beneficial as it simultaneously forces a hunter to give up on prey that is starting to cost too much energy that outweighs the reward. Encourages seeking of new targets to maximise successful hunts.

So and and so on. I bring up executioners because someone in the tribe had to do it. It requires having ‘delayed empathy’. Which is what ADHDs have. They never know how they actually feel emotionally inside in the present moment. They only know after the fact, after ruminating on past events. People bred for killing or combat would require this trait.

ADHD also has another trait: The Injustice Complex. Adhds are sensitive to perceived injustices. Makes their blood boil. This was also beneficial because it requires conviction to kill in defence for your tribe, and it is the trait that ensures the adhd traits are not entirely sadistic or psychopathic, but rather used for the good of all.

>but my genetics are Scottish and on a site that tracks "verified" gene variants I have 100% of the ADHD genes.
Nice, so you’re one of my people then, just across the pond? I’m born and bred in Scotland myself

>may completely lose you here but I'm strongly capable of remote viewing

I've tried doing the same and I found that most of my "clear" parts of the year are during early winter and spring, in other words during christmas and easter fast, when I abstain from anything that contains milk, dairy, and non-fish meat.
then the holiday feasts hit and symptoms are back in full force. for a long time I was convinced that it was mindfulness or prayer or stress from going back to work, but diet actually makes more sense.

So I constantly have an elevated C Reactive protein. Well I did when I still saw doctors. I buy whatever I need off the darkweb now. After my psych left and his replacement basically told me to fuck off he wasnt treating me anymore (he refused all the former patients apparently, unless they had fancy expensive insurance) kicking me off suboxone (pain) , Adderall and fucking.. SPRAVATO/ESKETAMINE..which was the ONLY thing to EVER work for my depression.. with NO REFERRALS or refills.. that was hell on earth. I was able to find a telemed place to do my suboxone. but they refuse all insurance and its $100 out of pocket. I want to just quit it. Docs wont give me shit for my fucked up back so I exaggerated how much kratom I was taking.
Anyway im rambling. I stopped seeing doctors . Even my PCP refused helping with any meds at all. Like you can't put me on tramadol? can't write a basic fucking adderral prescription? its like a humiliation ritual every time ive ever seen a fucking doctor besides the ONE I had that retired.
So when I was going, elevated c reactive protein. which apparently means I have some kind of inflammation. I was tested for rheumatoid artheritis and some other autoimmune stuff but they were all negative. I have a severe tiredness issue. That's actually the reason I was getting adderrall. I dont even have an adhd diagnosis. Just some mystery fatigue. Ive been tested for fucking everything almost but alas.. who knows. I do relate to everything I read and see about adhd.. no amount of caffeine will wake me.. even stimulants dont do much energy wise they just keep me from wanting to nap all day. So Im really fucking interested in this brain inflammation stuff.

yeah anon but it gets annoying when every doctor ever acts like its the one and only solution. you can come in with like..obvious signs of severe bi polar mania or something and when you're done answering all their gay questions they just tell you to try mindfulness. After its happened like 15 times you start to get enraged after telling the dumb psychiatrist all your issues for the billionth time and they're seeming like they may be about to recommend something new or write a good prescription but nope.."so..anon...have you ever heard of something called 'mindfulness'??" it makes you want to strangle the shit out of them and never hear that word again.
I dont have bi polar or any mania ..I just used that as an example. It starts to feel really, really dismissive.

this is what I mean by what I said in my other reply about mindfulness. Imagine going thru this and every time the doc throws the mindfulness shit at you. I went through the same thing, but it wasnt necessarily for adhd specifically. I just wanted one doctor to take me seriously and give me a real evaluation. Eventually they did and they diagnosed me with aspergers, but everyone is autistic and I still feel isolated and ostracized from society, magically having an autism label on me doesnt make me integrate into society. It didn't do shit. I dont have a bunch of retarded autistic friends. So either the whole thing is fake or its extremely overdiagnosed. I practice remote viewing with the original army protocol and I have done things like write/draw the exact content of an image. I had tasked my examiner with picking any totally random image from any source, and then I roughly drew and named what was in the image. I have done this more than once. It's statistically impossible.

A lot of people are misusing the term remote viewing these days, but humans are capable of inexplicable (as of now) things.
