Learned helplessness is a psychological term for when a person stops trying to change a negative situation, even when they are able to, because they have learned through past experiences that their actions are futile. This can lead to feelings of powerlessness, low self-esteem, and depression, and was first studied by psychologist Martin Seligman in the 1960s. Why the whole epstein fiasco? It's all part of the training. Don't let em it obvious what they want. Resist. Bite back. Be a bad dog. You are only helpless when you die and then you are free anyway
