Web 2.0. What does /pol/ think about it?
>>519355792Wot? We are alreadu on web3
>>519355792In Russia average guys can get a 10/10 easily. Why are not more people moving there? In EU you are lucky and high status if you can acquire a 2/10
>>519356095web 3 is the metaverse shit, no?>>519356372should we tell him?
>>519356427tell him what?
>>519356427don't you dare
Does your thing has a plot?I will take political advantage of it
>>519356372>t. He гoвopит пo-pyccки
>>519355792AI picture?Useless thread?
>>519356427>metaverseNo, not just meta. Its all the shitcoins and """decentralized""" groyper apps like rumble and so on
>>519356907Rumble is not groyper, they literally own truth social
>>519356998Its owner tongues Musks anus though
>>519356427>>519356095>decentralized ( 3.0 ) vs centralized ( 2.0 )Blockchain tech is 3.0 but its not the only tech that belongs to 3.0. 3.0 has been around for awhile before they started pushing blockchain apps. Which by the way blockchain apps have their own set of problems. As due alot of decentralized technologies that rely on Peer 2 Peer. You're basically running your app and your data in part or whole on a bunch of random dudes computers. There are a lot of databases that are decentralized which you can pay for your own servers to run. And they will absolutely destroy blockchain in terms of performance.
>>519357956Blockchain has an issue where it would be too expensive to host anything large. Like LBRY only hosts torrent links on the blockchain, not the actual data
>>519355792Web 1.0 was GET, POSTWeb 2.0 was AJAX, PHPWeb Jeet.0 = React components forever loading into infinity.
>>519360075with blockchain you could have dynamic linking where the origin updates the chain with the new link and an oracle validates the content with a checksum...obviously a blockchain network would have to be purpose built for this (unless one already exists)Step 1 upload file to AWS - get link to file back from AWS - create checksum of fileStep 2 tell blockchain to create a reference to the file and send the checksumStep 3 the blockchain updates it's distributed repo of links with the link in an unverified stateStep 4 Oracles bid on validating the checksum. one or more oracles downloads the file and checks your checksum against its own, if equal it tells the network that it is ok (could be several oracles oking the checksum and maybe people only trust a certian oracle... etc)now your link is updated and ready to be viewed by the general populationwhen the ref changes run an update of the blockchain and oracles will verify the new refFor example, if you have a ((banned)) video, you could hop servers and keep updating the blockchain with the new servers address. It would basically be DNS but for atomic links.
>>519361125We already have that and it is called private trackers
>>519361125>>519357956This is all a bunch of horse shit. Im talking distributed systems that can do a million transactions per second. File storage is the simplest of all problems. You just want to use the blockchain because its cheaper.
>>519355792idk, i'm recently trying to learn ruski thoughi'm trying to figure out what she's saying:> he didn't want to pay for my surgery, so he'll walk aroudn like that, for everyone to see. I want to do something on Sunday, so we go to office. Cant wait to see his colleagues It makes no fucking sense.
>>519356372because women are 10/10 and living there is 2/10why do you think people move to germany en masse? for female beauty?
>>519363230File storage should be done conventionally. you could add a layer of encryption on to the whole thing by salting the file before encryption and updating the repo with your new server/salt.
