Well it is both targets that traffic drugs and shit to The US and Europe and Africa (mainly Morocco)If you look at flightradar24 every now and then you will see that there are helicopters and planes (military) from both Netherlands and UK around Venezuela and Colombia. Looking at marinetraffic we will also see military vessels from both Netherlands along with various other European countries.Most of the drugs coming into Europe comes to Netherlands since that is our main hub for ships arriving.The drugs coming into Europe (coke and such) comes from South America. And weed is divided into both from South America and Morocco. Over here the market is overfilled with drugs, so coke, heroin etc has become very cheap.The amount of weed in Europe does not come from Europe since its impossble to grow it here due to weather. And those who grow it do it indoors. But its not enough to fill an entire market. So drugs made here is just a small portion of everything in circulation here.So basically it is a team up. The US and Europe fighting against drugs being shipped both to The US and Europe.
