It's just like Korea or vietnam and so even though one side is so much bigger it just comes down to a standstill.especially when Ukrainians are mowing down Russians at the 2 to 1 rate they are, they'll take much longer to run out of men.

On top of that Putin is having to be careful not to mobilize too many people because it will cause unrest. This is why the majority of cannon fodder are rednecks from Tuva and other places in the sticks.
