Think about this for a minute. It's a small, insignificant "state" tucked away in the most remote location in the continental United States, and was paired with South Dakota in order to convince the public that it is real, instead of a fabrication that fooled the entire world. There is absolutely nothing of value or interest to that "state" for anybody to willingly visit (all by design to deter tourists), nobody could name a single person who has ever been there, and it was likely an invention of the CIA in order to trick and misguide Canada in case of an invasion.
