I was hired to sell phones. Well instead of selling phones they had me spend hours and hours and hours, for weeks, juggling both the job and a non-stop onslaught of wagie torture computer modules. The new hire modules weren't enough. The new hire 3 day class wasn't enough. The scored evaluation wasn't enough. They just kept piling this shit on every single fucking day. I put my foot down and walked.

Jobs today are fucking sickening. No wonder our country is so fucked up. Let it all burn for all I fucking care.

Because we got to a point where we would start hitting random answers and just take a picture of the results and redo it with the answers on our phone. It was faster than sitting through it all.
>>

They do this at every public company, find a private employer.
>>
>>519403315
I support a US-based call center for a large corporation, and this is sadly the truth.
Customer service basics can be handled by millennial uncle tom's, but a zoomie can't pay attention: they went full nigger and retard
>>
>>519403099
idk man i used to hire for a warehouse and i literally used to take half the pile of applicants and throw it in the trash.

I don't want anyone unlucky working for me so thats out of the way. The rest was just easy.

Look for someone who wasn't a nigger who could bail me out at 3am on a saturday if need be.

I dont understand the frusteration with job seekers these days its really easy to make contact and sell yourself.

an AI chatbot would have finished 5000 of these pop tests by now. You just need to work harder if you want to make it, son
>>
>>519403930
It's funny you say that because during the sections about the products sold we fed the questions to multiple AI platforms to see what they could do and all of them failed miserably.
>>
>>519403491
Serious question: Why are you trying to go fast?
The company is paying for your time, they're not demanding you complete 5 modules every hour or something. Literally just chill and take your time, occasionally zoning out to think about whatever. You don't even have to really read the questions, just don't put yourself into a panic getting through modules as fast as possible man. That's not helpful to you or them.
>>
>>519404063
1. There was a deadline for these and the deadline was shorter than the length of the content
2. It's a commission sales job so I wasn't being paid hardly jack shit to do them
>>
>>519403099
selling iphones to niggers is extremely complicated
you NEED all the training to sell a spic single mother of 5 a shitty android

That's because the average millennial looks like this
Zoomers are too based for your faggotry
>>
>>519403099

though zoomers are largely to blame, these kinds of modules are utilized because most people, regardless of age, are so completely rude, self-centered, and oblivious to others that they need to be trained in elementary manners. and i'm not saying you need to kiss a customer's ass, just give them your undivided attention and listen.

it's presumptuous & phoney for salesmen to use your name, pisses me off and makes me more likely to just fuck off and order what i want online.
>>
that's not even the correct sales process.

sales is
1. qualifying - ask questions to identify customer's needs
2. recommendation - use your product knowledge to recommend the right product to the customer and relate the features to their needs
3. overcome objections - this isn't really a step per se but basically after you've done the recommendation you move to the close, and this is where the customer's objections will come up
4. close - close the sale

There's nothing creepier than some literal who I've never met trying to talk to me casually like he was my lifelong friend while trying to sell me something.

“Build value”. Seriously? Am I the first anon to suggest you get out of the 4chan vacuum space? Normies never mention building value. Never heard that before I started coming here, have never heard it used out there.

Most people aren’t that suspicious. Using one’s name is used to show you’re actively engaged in the conversation and are paying attention to details.

never quit, always force them to fire you so then they have to pay out severance and you qualify for few months of unemployment
>>
The septic tank company copypasta wasn't just a meme
>>
>>519409281
You have to be employed for 1 year before you are eligible for unemployment insurance. You’re eligible if you’re payed off, I don’t think you can collect if you’re quit or are fired.
>>
>>519409455
if you quit you only get paycheck up to your last day, if you get fired they have to pay that plus severance, unused vacation/sick days. contract you sign doesn't really matter, your country's employment laws do.
>>
>>519403099
I make sure to waste as much of HR's time as possible while still moving forward through the hiring and onboarding process, mocking them and their rituals openly more and more until I'm told to leave or I get bored and leave/stop coming. I also make sure to pick something the HR roastie/faggot/nigger obviously put some effort into, like those gay little games they like to base off of real game shows but with completely different rules/gameplay (why are they like this?) or their dipshit slideshows—and contact corporate and complain that a game wasn't inclusive asexual Africans or whatever.
>>
>>519403099
I've got to do one of these a month. Usually safety related. We simply don't have the time anymore to stop for 10 minutes to complete one properly. When a new one is assigned, a friendly reminder to complete your module with the answer to the quiz at the end is sent out. It's pretty bad when managers are at the point where they think this shit is so pointless. I still take an extra hour at the end of my shift to "complete training" to steal time. Corporate America has become such a joke and for once I'm not blaming jews, but women for it

Yeah I was a janitor in a hospital for nearly 10 years. every month they'd threaten us with unemployment if we didn't finish our "Healthstreams".
The Healstreams were hours long pseudo-tests that you had to find a place to do them (usually logging in at home, off the clock, mind you) and they forced you to sit there and watch stuff you didn't even need to watch. Hours and hours of tests every month that you had to set aside several days at home on your own computer to do or get fired.
So what did these tests uhhh...test us on?
>How to transport live organs
>How to drive a truck and get it weighed on the highway
>How to restrain a patient
>how to check a patient for spousal abuse

Keep in mind, as a janitor/EVS tech, NONE of these things were duties we did or were even permitted to do (You were forbidden to interact with patients beyond a hello and a goodbye)
I spent a year as a janitor in a drug treatment center and did the same exact tests. Hilarious stuff. A 67 year old vietnam veteran was computer illiterate and they threatened his job if he didn't do them, so I took his login info and did his tests at home myself. It's so stupid.

>Most people aren’t that suspicious.
Then they're retarded. They guy is calling you only to sell you shit. Everything he says is just to butter you up. It might be hard to remember at the moment as they flood you with words, but you're not having an actual conversation, it's just a script to trick you into buying useless shit.
>>
>>519403099
If they pump you through a week of unpaid training, just so you can do commission based work, that would suck. But that's not really a "job" in my book. Not sure if we could really say you "quit", you just never got to earn any commissions because you never sold anything... you never really started.
>>
>>519403099
minimum wage = don't even try
>>
>>519403099
I'll tell you how this happens.
Most HR roasties can't be fucked to actually build these test modules from the ground up, they pay stupid money for general ones made by other dedicated professional HR roasties and copy paste their company name on it.
Then to justify the cost of that crap they make everyone from the managers to the janitors complete every module in the package, 90% of which will not be applicable but hey they have to justify the cost. Its like a bloated cable TV package only someone makes you watch an hour of every single channel including every time zones weather.
