In prison you have to get to the point where even tho some ppl in prison will be able to beat the shit out of you, you gotta get yourself into the mindset that if somebody tries to beat your ass, you will at least be able to do some damage to them as a deterrent. That mindset sort of kicks your dna into manning up. Lifting weights helps too, but the difference in the faces between these 2 pictures is mostly about mentality and its control over your genes.
