Buy your personal cosmetics and home cleaning products at the natural hippy vegan organic grocery shops. Every town in the world has one. Or buy these online.

I recommend Morocco Method shampoos.

If that doesn't do the trick for you try Ketoconazole. It targets a different set of issues still related to fungus.

Doing things that make you sweat help a lot. It doesn't have to be working out it could also be sauna. Making sure to spend time in sunlight also helps.

You don't use it all the time you only use it every once in awhile. It depends on a lot of factors exactly what might be happening, it could be a simple as dry skin and your body is basically desiccating in slow motion or it could be our bodies humidity is cultivating a fungal infection, often yeast which is found in great abundance even just in the open air.

Did you know that if you wanted to make a sourdough bread starter one of the most common ways is to simply take a sugary mixture and set it outside on a porch or a window seal? And some places that's enough to start an entire colony for baking bread.

The average person is completely covered from head to toe with these fungal spores. Sometimes they react badly with the skin, not showering or wash your hair will make it worse not better.
>>
Haven‘t been using shampoo in years, unless when i got longer hair after sports or when they stink.

Male hair just looks a lot better when not shampooed first some time. Thicker and more natural and females like that. It also lays more naturally on your head. Also dont unse any hair products. Just a big brush like picrel

Yes, plus if they reduce their consumption of sugar it gives the infection less purchase to dig in, but almost nobody will follow that recommendation if they're not already reducing their sugar and carb intake they're unlikely to try it just to help their skin.

It is true that over washing can strip oils but washing your hair is more about taking all of the little bits of dust and lint and fuzz and dead skin, basically a debridement of your hair so that there is less places for fungal spores to accumulate.

Soap is a very easy thing to make and it is not mysterious what is happening in most shampoos which are very mild. What soap does is it strips oils that is the bigger issue and yes over shampooing can be a big problem but it's not about the chemicals in the soap in most cases (sure there are some exceptions with exotic shampoos but generally speaking).

Soaps have different levels of softness or hardness and how much they are considered to be cleansing versus fat soaps are more on the slippery side (super fat I think they are called). If you took a high cleansing soap and wash your hands three times in a row they would basically start bleeding. Shampoo is no different.

Next problem you have is hard water, that is an independent problem that is also causing a lot of issues for a lot of people. Most municipal water supplies have such a high amount of hard water. This hard water accumulates in your hot water tank, you are supposed to clear it out every year but almost nobody does this. Pure hot water tank is about 5 years old you can expect it as roughly one third full of mineral deposits. And that is what you are showering in.

Next issue is once again our familiar friend fungus.

When you go to the barbershop they use various tools to cut your hair, these are not laboratory instruments that are put in an autoclave between uses they are absolutely fucking filthy. Barber shops are the most common vector for fungal infections like ringworm, left untreated they will eventually cause permanent hair loss.

Never allow somebody to use electric trimmers on you. Even if you don't have a buzz cut many barbers will still break out the electric trimmers to clean up around the bottom of your neck. You probably seen hundreds of people that have those little ringworm infections at that spot on their neck without even realizing what it was.

one comment from this video;
>"Your hair reminds me of our lawn: 15 years ago we fertilized our yard every spring because it would get covered in dandelions / weeds, especially in the spring. Then they outlawed most pesticides in our province, so we decided to go cold turkey and leave the lawn untouched. It was pretty bad the first season, but after the 3rd year our yard produced almost no dandelions with about the same weed content. 15 years later our untouched lawn has never looked better. Lush and green. it was the Fertilizer that actually contributed to the dandelion growth! just like shampoo contributing to greasy hair. Thanks for this informative video, your hair actually does look great."

Substitute shampoo for conditioner.

I wear a shower cap these days and basically only wash my hair in cold water once every 3 weeks. It's fine, nobody notices, my hair doesn't stink.

Your hair is meant to have natural oils in it, it's a protective barrier. Whenever I shower, my face gets very dry as well as the water strips the oils off my face. Right after I put on a face cream and I'll rub some of the excess cream into my fringe to style it.

Women only wash their hair a few times a week as well. Nobody tells us this shit growing up and it's expected that boys wash their hair every night with shampoo and conditioner. Basically setting us up for failure.

It's not necessarily that I lose anything by trying again but rather that if I do get better I'll never know for sure if it was no-poo or some other combination of factors that might have done it or helped. No-poo is realistically a difficult variable to isolate for 6+ months

It's never been more over. I'm 25 and will probably going to hop on fin asap. Unfortunately ain't easy to get here, will probably have to ship from western EU. Anyone else on? Did you notice some side effects? I know it's like 1-2% but still a bit concerning
>>
>>519438645
do not under any circumstance start on those drugs anon. you will regret it.
the only thing you can do to try and encourage more of your hairgrowth is following:
>quit smoking
smoking restricts bloodflow, also to the scalp. I can guarantee that when you stop smoking you will feel something akin to growing pains in your scalp, thats bloodflow increase, stimulating more hair grwoth
>food
only organic eggs, dairy, meat, white meat, fresh fish (not basedafed fish), water, nice veggies, fruit and good quality breadproducts
>alcohol
cut it out as much as you can
>sleep
get enough sleep or even more. go for 9+ hours. not all at once u can even nap etc.
>sunlight and being outside
be outdoor as much as u can
>Sitting
sit as little as possible. if u work at a desk, get a standing desk
>fluroescent lights
avoid.

now.. i do understand how devastating it is to lose hair. but to hop on pharmacy drugs will only destroy you fruther. i hopped on accutane for acne as a vain teen and it destroyed my hair, my mind (like i literally remember feeling severely depressed just 1 week after starting), my libido, my skin and my liver, my liver cant handle alcohol at all anymore. and much more. that too had only "1-2%".

the problem with pharmacy drugs is that you only start to google other peoples experiences of side effects when you yourself realize you are experiecning them.
>>
>>519438834
oh i forgot a few other tips for the hair (and im sure theres more im not ware of)
but get a scalp massager. that encourages and stimulates bloodflow. also buy a nice hair brush and brush your hair.

also, do not shower your hair in warm water ever. rinse it quickly in cold water if you are washing your hair.
for shampoo/cleaning porodcuts buy either tea tree oil soap bars or buy organic soap/shampoo/conditioners that come in bars that are made of organic tallow and or duck fat and eggs.
just google that type of shampoo and loads of options come up.

Stop eating meat and dairy products. These block the small capillaries that feed the hair follicles.

Most meat, all dairy and eggs come from female animals, they are full of female hormones. You eat them, your body absorbes those hormones. It messes up your hormone system. Your body tries to fight it by producing more testosterone but it cannot compete with multi kgs of meat, dairy, eggs full of female hormones every week.

Watch the hair videos by Markus Rothkranz and Dan McDonald about hair available on fb and youtube. They have the solution to stop balding and greying.
Pic related Markus Rothkranz at the age of 55. Both Markus and Dan know their stuff.

Ah another shampoo thread. Just a reminder

>ignore nopoo cucks
>ignore muh alep soap cucks
>ignore da hood put uranium in da conditioner its gonna give u cancer
>ignore unironic no shower retards (jeets)

Your dandruff and itch issues are related to dandruff in scalp caused by oil overproduction. Wash your hair with shampoo and use conditioner. If you still flake use a selenium sulfide, zinc pyritheone or ketaconazole shampoo.

Your hair is fine and shiny with water? Cool, everyone’s hair is different now fuck off

Still screeching about shampoo?

douse your head in MC2 oil at the start of a shower, it will kill the fungus. then use shampoo afterwards. if you have dermatitis, do the same to your face. it actually works as a mild exfoliant as well. medium chain oils cannot be consumed by fungus and it kills it off quickly.

Sigh, the overproduction of oil isn’t the issue rather it is the fungus on your skin. By using antifungal shampoo or antifungal chemicals you are eliminating the fungus.

I see so many patients every fucking day with the same issue. They have a itchy scalp that is flaking despite them showering every day and what not. All you are doing is removing the oil, which will promptly be replaced with more oil and the fungus will inflame your scalp and forehead since they will gorge themselves.

And half the fuckers mention they have tried nopoo, no sillicones, water only washes or apple cider bullshit.

Your issue is fungus, the comedones on your forehead? Malasezzia, or more uncommon actual dry scalp ( which conditioner can slightly aid against) fucking use shampoo or antifungal shampoo if it’s already fucked. None of the fucks have an issue when they come back for the checkup.

The people who benefit from no whatever are very few and suffer from a form of eczema or psoriasis and react simply because the surfactants being harsh. More often than not, you are not one of these.

Fuck these jeets.

No you must treat the root cause of dandruff. Very often a fungal related issue exacerbated by oil production. Sometimes autoimmune skin conditions, sometimes over washing causing dryness and flaking.

How often you wash should be determined by your oil production absent issues and lifestyle choices such as exercise and use of styling products, certainly conditioning every wash will be counterproductive unless you use the conditioner to scrub your scalp (cowashing) I rarely prescribe it, only to actual dry scalp issues (low to no oil production)
