It appears he got his love of charts from studying Integral Theory. Couldn't quite apply it though.
I can feel my brain melting more with each letter and sentence it’s so stimulating
>>519433548Read from the bottom up. You'll find your match early enough.
>>519433471I watch him regularly. You have to understand the purpose of what he is doing. He's applying integral theory for the people who are lower levels. That's his entire thing, and it's damn effective. Show his shit to normies and they find it mind blowing, he explains spiral dynamics to them with good examples without sounding elitist.
>>519434205Yep, I've watched some of his stuff. Some comes across as wisdom, some as cope.
>>519434802>some as copeIs it not natural to find mechanisms to understand the current society we live in? It is certainly different and unnatural for humans to live in the way we do. Everything we have now is because of our unnatural deviation acting against our nature.
>>519435101The fall of man. But that began with cities, maybe even with agriculture. We are accelerating hard. Faster than our means of adjusting. It is no wonder hm is disillusioned, it's just that if he were more evollved he'd be more generous in general. Instead it plays like scapegoating. But that creates his audience...
>>519435733>Faster than our means of adjusting.Certainly. We've had lots of technological development, some good, some bad. Humans have always adapted, but not to this much this fast. Being nihilistic and assuming failure is an inevitable consequence of technology would be silly. Humans have a natural tendency to work things out. We're destined to live here on this planet. Our institutions and ideologies may be poor, but our spirit is not. All the signs in our world today are suggesting an incoming crisis, though. Hoe_math is somebody who points at the dragon while the city is burning, he identifies the problem but doesn't have many solutions. >Instead it plays like scapegoating. What do you mean by this, any examples?
>>519435973I sense that he is misanthropic in general, but clearly misogynistic in particular. This.places the burden of blame, and change on women. But they are suffering as a result of their own folly. So too are men. There's views in that, a look at this place confirms the audience. But does it improve the human condition? Maybe a bit. But not as much as being understanding and conciliatory. To all.I
>>519433471This is incorrect. Jung's framework is far better with respect to "awakening" because it describes what I and others who have awakened went through quite well. "love" and "joy" are elements of the ego, not the self. When you awaken all of that shit gets basically wiped out as being irrelevant. You don't feel either anymore and your first step into awakening is into limbo. Whomever made that faggot chart is not awakened.
>>519435973Thanks for the exchange of ideas. I'll check back later. I've got some things to take care of.
