Is stealth policing a more effective strategy for governments?
>>519440045Depends. If it's a crime ridden shithole where the cockroaches disperse when black and white shows up, then your undercover cars have utility. If your area just needs highly visible police presence, then undercover cars don't make sense. It's all situational. With that said, undercover cars aren't that hard to spot since they're fairly standardized. It's when they use other civilian cars when it surprises people.
>>519440353Police should be visible to stop criminals from wanting to do crime. Otherwise you just have a mop up crew.
>>519440045>He can't spot the unmarkedNGMI
>>519440045Not really, it lowers trust and makes citizens paranoid, also makes criminals paranoid too. It basically only works in high trust disarmed shitholes where lawyers are all in agreement that police can do no wrong.
>>519440045its gangstalking
>>519440488They each have their utility.
>>519440488>Otherwise you just have a mop up crew.Thats really all they are anyway. They only stop crime ~.01% of the time, the rest of there day is showing up after your dead or trying ti hide so they can get their ticket quotas for the month.
>>519440045No because police only bother to deal with the easiest cases, its much easier to set up a speed trap than bother investigating a house that got burgled.Effective strategy for what, you reckon the law is concerned about crime in China or are there other reasons. If its about crime it about how kids are raised, you wait to have it so people don't want to commit crime.
