Right behind him are his top three guys, the "triumvirate" who get shit done on the battlefield now: defense minister Andrei Belousov, logistics guru and "military foreign affairs" pro Yunus-bek Yevkurov, and a bit further back, Alexei Dyumin, who handles internal affairs. All three, even Belousov, are in field uniforms. This crew is basically running the Russian army now, sidelining Gerasimov and the rest of Shoigus people. Oh, and by the way: there was a ton of chatter at this conference about China helping out with drone production.
