How would you even do remigration of second or third generation immigrants who are either stateless or don’t have citizenship in any other country? The only two solutions I can think of is either paying poor countries to take them in (would probably be extremely expensive) or strong arming them (would probably destroy our national reputation and strengthen Chinas).
