They’re not good. most of them rely heavily on the non educated long tenured whites to prop up their careers and actively discredit them to eliminate competition. Management knows this but they play along. I’ve quit 2 jobs for this reason in the last 5 years. Then get word about a year later about how the department collapsed and the manager got demoted or fired because the company lost millions of dollars. The mangers were always white women. It’s almost like watching BBC whores but on a corporate level. They’re so elevated and egalitarian at first, then the black eyes start showing up. Eventually they get left with a monig baby(demoted), or get beat to death(fired) by their nigger offspring. It’s fucking awesome to watch.
