Has the user who people thought it was Gislanie Maxwell, because they had the same name, lived in the same area, had the same connections, were born in the same month, etc., posted again? Or are he still coincidentally not posting on Reddit while Gislane is incarcerated?

Posts or threads get removed for not agreeing with the established narratives. Also all social media sites built around internet points (karma, likes, shares, etc) are another mechanism for controlling people. Think of it like the dystopian "social credit score", if users get rewarded for the correct™ opinions and punished for the wrong ones, they quickly start to adjust their behaviour because their monkey brain sees these numbers going up and they get a dopamine hit but also feel like their social status is rising. That's why reddit is the way it is.
